So delicious and super chocolatey. Make sure to shake the can well to mix the chocolate good. I like this product both warm and cold. When it’s cold the chocolate mixes well but you get surprised with little chunks of chocolate which is nice. When you warm it up, the chocolate melts into the drink making it very rich. This is a very delicious crafty beverage. I just wish it was a little bit larger in volume!!!

These tablets are amazing. They are easy to take. They are small (see pen for size) and with one chew, the tablet disintegrates so there’s low risk for choking. It has no metallic taste and tastes really good so it’s a super easy way to get iron into my kid to ensure she’s getting enough on a daily basis! I also occasionally take it and find that it causes zero stomach discomfort (I sometimes find iron supplements difficult to take). Will buy again.

I’ve been using it while waiting for my gel nails to be filed and it makes a huge difference esp in the winter to make sure my cuticles don’t dry out and keeps them soft and smooth and healthy looking. It lasts well throughout the day and feels extremely luxurious and nourishing without being greasy as it absorbs well. It gives my cuticles an instant healthy look and also has a nice light scent.

I used these noodles as part of a stir fry using hoisin sauce and it was absolutely delicious! I feel these would make a great ramen substitute and look forward to using these in more Asian inspired dishes. Love that this made my dishes way healthier than usual, just by using these noodles, and they tasted great. Feeling energized and ready to go for the day.

This is a good product. Ferrous sulfate is the best iron salt to give infants and the lemon taste is decent. Iron itself doesn’t taste great so it’s great to have the flavour option on the market. I would recommend adding to orange juice. My only issue is with the dosing. It says infants 0-12 months should get 1mL which is 15mg. This is a huge dose particularly for infants less than 6 months. My recommendation would be 0.5mls for less than 6 months or chat with your doctor or pharmacist for a weight based dosing recommendation. -
