Ever since giving birth to my second kid (via cesarean), my backs been absolutely awful. It hurts so bad, I can’t sit in a certain position or stand for too long, or else I’m in a lot of pain. I have used other pain rubs before, which have all worked, but this seems to hit different. There also isn’t an overwhelming smell, which is great because not everyone likes the smell of muscle rubs lol -

Definitely something that kids and adults can enjoy — trust me, I have been playing with it and have gotten so close but haven’t been able to complete it haha my daughter ( 7 year old) loves this and has fun trying to figure it out. I’m someone who’s hesitant when it comes to vitamins and meds in general. I never know how they’ll react with my body, or how I’ll feel. These are great! I don’t notice any negative changes, the only thing that happens is my urine changing to a very bright yellow lol they make me feel good knowing I am getting all the vitamins my body needs daily. I take them with dinner and split them in half because I personally can’t swallow a big pill, but they have the divot in the middle to make it easier to snap in half. Definitely recommend! -
