Promensil Perimenopause calmed my perimenopause flares and irritations. I was experiencing frequent hot flashes, sweating, mood swings, and headaches, along with many unexplained symptoms that made me feel uncomfortable and were hard to pinpoint. After I started taking Promensil, within a week, I began feeling much more comfortable, with fewer hot flashes and less sweating. Eventually, I noticed I was sleeping better with fewer wake-ups during the night, and I also experienced fewer headaches and low-energy moments. Overall, it makes me feel more like myself—calm, less irritated, more energetic, and more focused. I am now dealing with far fewer of those bothersome menopause symptoms.
