Took one motrin and it gave me a super boost of energy and completely rid me of my pain and discomfort.
For the first time in a long time during my cycle I was able to do all the things easily without being exhausted.

It has almost no scent just a very nice light scent which is great.
Unfortunately, I don't like the gel format all that much find it's a little heavy on the skin to absorb and while not ineffective in hydrating it's not the best at hydrating for me at last.

Pleasantly surprised.
Smells great easy to use pump and most importantly my hair felt soft and healthy!
(Also not a heavy product)
