I was very excited to try these joni products, as I often worry about waste created by menstrual products. I was pleasantly surprised by the comfort and absorbency of the joni bamboo pads and cotton tampons.
The pads are the perfect size to prevent any leaking, and I always prefer pads with wings for the same reason. They are not too thick, so you don't feel like you're wearing a diaper, and the soft top sheet prevents any scratching or chafing.
While I typically use tampons with an applicator, I do worry about the environmental impact off all that single-use plastic, and I was surprised by how much it didn't bother me not to have one. Once inserted, the tampons are comfortable, and they are very absorbent considering their discreet size.
Overall I was very pleased with both of these products, and am particularly impressed by their commitment to creating biodegradable/compostable options, as well as the fact that they use a portion of their proceeds to support menstrual inequality initiatives.

It's super sharp, making it a breeze to cut into sealed packages and boxes. It comes with three replacement blades for when the current one gets dull, and swapping blades is easy-peasy with the quick change mechanism. And the price is so reasonable, I might be picking up a couple more for around the house! -

We recently had some minor water damage on our basement ceiling that had been repaired but not repainted yet, so this ceiling paint came at the perfect time! It applied smoothly and covered scuffs and marks easily. Of course once I got started, I got ambitious and decided to paint the entire ceiling in that room, plus a bathroom ceiling, so I eventually ran out of paint. I grabbed another random can of ceiling paint to finish the job, and I noticed right away that the "random" paint was spattering down on me, while I hadn't noticed any of that with the Premier Ready to Roll paint! It dried beautifully and my ceilings look fresh again. -

I am not a vegetarian and haven't tried many meat-alternatives, so I wasn't sure what to expect from these dumplings, but I was pleasantly surprised! They actually do taste and have the texture of real chicken. I boiled them from frozen and then pain fried them in olive oil, and served them with a spicy Thai sauce on football Sunday. Everyone who tried them enjoyed them - even the picky eaters! My only concern is the packaging - I noticed that the plastic was broken on several of the packages in the store. Regardless, I have a few friends who are vegan or vegetarian, and I love having another option to serve for them at our get togethers, that even the omnivores can enjoy!

I wasn't sure what to expect from these sweet potato chips, but once I opened them I couldn't stop eating. They are crunchy with the perfect amount of pumpkin spice flavour. Even my husband, who was very skeptical before trying, couldn't put them down. So far fall is still feeling like summer here in Southwestern Ontario, so we decided to pack these up for a hike to the beach and they were the perfect snack. I plan to pick up a bag of these for all of my fall get togethers!

I have been using the Rebound Sculpting Cream twice per day, in the morning and before bed. I use it over a serum, with SPF applied on top during the day. My skin feels fantastic - it's super hydrated, and feels firm and healthy. It barely has any scent, I am able to use it under makeup without issue, and I haven't had any breakouts since I started using it. I recently turned 40 and am looking for products to help with "aging" skin, and this one definitely hits the mark. -

Holy cow, I love this stuff. So far I have tried it on charcuterie, pizza, potatoes, and chicken, and it was amazing on everything. I am a spicy food lover, so I have a high tolerance for spicy foods, and I find this to have the perfect amount of kick to it. It's not so hot that your mouth is on fire, but a bit of heat with the sweet honey is the ideal flavour combo. I have tried other hot honey, but this one is definitely the best I've had. I can't wait to try it in other recipes, and maybe cocktails! I have a feeling this Canadian honey is going to be a staple in our house from now on.

I cooked this bacon for myself and some family that was visiting, and we all agreed that it was some of the best turkey bacon we've ever had. It tastes very similar to traditional bacon, but with much less fat and calories. It crisps up great in a frying pan, and has a salty/smoky flavour that's absolutely delicious. It's perfect for breakfast, salads, sandwiches, etc. My husband and I both agreed that this will be our go-to bacon from now on.

I love rose wine any time of year, but especially in the summer. This dealcoholized option tastes so good, you can barely tell the difference between this and an alcoholized wine. It's not too sweet, while still having a fruity, crisp flavour. I enjoyed this with a friend on a beautiful summer night in the backyard, and we both agreed it was delicious. And with the low calorie content, I may have found my new go-to "wine". I will definitely be purchasing this one in the future!
