This is my first time trying these daily multivitamins. The tablets themselves are quite large but I found swallowing them to be fine and they didn’t get stuck. I like that they include iron as part of the supplement for women. I haven’t noticed any changes to my health but I will continue to take these vitamins.

My typical day includes aches and pains in my shoulders, back and legs and I’ve tried lots of different topical pain relievers before. This is my first time trying Myoflex. I’m not sure if something happened to the formulation while it was frozen in my mail box but I haven’t been finding this pain reliever to work for me. It does apply nicely, and while it starts off white, it absorbs quickly. There’s no strong scent with this product which is nice. Unfortunately, I haven’t noticed any significant pain relief. I might get a tiny bit of relief but I still find my shoulders being quite sore or the same as normal. I would be interested in trying this again if I got it directly from a store to see if it works any different.

This is my first time trying Plantropy. I’ve tried vegan meat alternatives before, and these are fairly good. These come frozen, and I did have them defrosted in my fridge for a few days. They did come out quite mushy out of the packaging and didn’t notice the ‘keep frozen’ label on the packaging. These did cook up and brown really nicely regardless. I found the texture to be just okay; some parts had more of a ‘meaty’ chew, but overall, it did have what I would call a vegan/vegetarian meat texture. It had some chew and some ‘crunchier’ bits to it. I was not expecting these kebabs to be as spiced as they were. Out of the package, they do smell spiced, and they tasted spicier than I was expecting. I personally like spicy food, but if you were not expecting these to be spicy, then I would consider them mildly spicy. I also personally found these to be quite salty on their own, and they do have quite a high salt content per kebab according to their nutrition facts. My partner put the kebab in a wrap and it gave the wrap a nice flavor and the veggies, sauce and wrap helped to even out the salt level. Overall, they were fine for a quick and easy meal, but not my favourite. I would try some of Plantropy’s other products but I don’t see myself purchasing these again.

This is my first time trying the Panoxyl Acne Wash. I was going through quite a few stress breakouts and I found that this helped clear them up quicker than normal. It has also helped kept new ones from popping up. I currently use this once a day. I like the creamy consistency and it doesn’t dry my face out after use. I will definitely keep this in my routine.

I love bacon, and I also enjoy alternatives to regular pork bacon. This turkey bacon surprised me. It has a deeper flavour than most turkey bacon that I have tried. It honestly almost tasted like ham and had the texture of ham. Similar to a thin back bacon. This bacon crisped up okay. We felt like there was a sweet spot to getting it to be the right texture for our preference and we just had to go by the colour/look of the bacon. We did find that if the bacon was overcooked, it became quite chewy.

This is my first time trying this sunscreen. I don’t tend to gravitate towards mineral sunscreens, but this one applied quite nicely. I liked the thinner consistency, but it was sometimes patchy in application. It stayed very well during my runs, but it did collect in the crease of my arm. This sunscreen is definitely water resistant. Even after dripping sweat from my run and washing in the shower, I still felt like there was some sunscreen left on my skin. It felt like a slight residue, and I could still smell the sunscreen if I smelled my arms. I don’t love the smell, but I normally don’t find mineral sunscreens to smell that nice. Overall, I do think this is a good sunscreen, and it will be perfect for my upcoming trip to Hawaii (in consideration of it being reef safe).

I have been wanting to try these laundry detergent strips for a while now. I’m trying to move towards eco-friendly alternatives and products with less packaging and this is perfect! My clothes seem to come out clean and I’ve had no issues with these strips so far. The Fresh Linen scent is very nice. It’s strong in the packaging but I didn’t really notice it after washing and drying my clothes. I would absolutely buy these again to transition away from traditional laundry detergents.
