Playtex Sport Tampons
with their 360 degree leak guard barrier these tampons really do have superior leak protection. I cant say I would go back to any other brand. plus the plastic applicator is so much more comfortable than a cardboard one from some other brands.

The Diva cup is a silicone cup you insert like a tampon, that can hold up to 2oz of blood, which is more than the average flow for an entire week. you have 0 risk of TSS and can leave it in for as long as you find comfortable. I have personally left it in for up to 18 hours. It can be used for swimming, and I sleep naked so we'll say there are no leeks as long as it is used properly. Every time you remove the cup, wash it with warm water and soap, clearing out the holes and removing all yuckys. Word of WARNING. if you leave the cup in for more than 4 hours it starts to smell bad, so try not to leave it in for any longer than the average tampon. It lasts as long as you clean it properly. I have had mine for a year. -

I got this perfume for free, but the prices ive seen it at are pretty great too! I have to say, if i am traveling i bring this with me because i can fit the bottle in a shoe which makes for easier packing, and it smells good too.

better than some, but not as good as circus fantasy, this perfume stays for a few hours but fades pretty quickly after that. if it is humid out do not wear, it disperses almost immediately.

not a terrible album. I miss 21, she seems to have lost a certain something, but i would still listen to this on occasion. wouldn't buy a physical copy though, waste of resources. download or don't purchase at all.
