The taste of the earl grey is good. Only down fall to the product is the design of the tea bag. I have noticed that the top of the bag doesn’t stay closed all the time when the bag is in your cup. This causes the tea leaves to float out. When that happens I get a mouth full of tea leaves near the end of my cup. Maybe redesign the bag so this doesn’t happen. Other wise I enjoy my earl grey tea! :)    -
