The staff and members are very friendly, and there are lots of oppurtunities for community involvement. They have great registration packages for big families. That is how my family purchased our membership, but they are a little more pricy for individual memberships. They have an indoor track, cardio and weights, as well as fitness and yoga classes. The pool is well maintained. It is perfect for a family, especially with young kids. The only negatives I would find is the hours. While they do open at 5 on most weekdays, they close early (dependant on the weekday), and have very few weekend hours. I eventually switched gyms because I found a better price elsewhere, but I do miss the atmosphere and variety of work out options that the YMCA offers. -

I love this stuff!! I have been dyeing my hair for a while, so i guess it has a tendnancy to get dried out easily. This is so gently on my hair, and it feels so much softer. I use it with dove conditioner and HIGHLY recommend it for anyone with dry hair. I try to be careful with the shampoos and conditioners that I use, because anything too harsh seems more likely to fade my hair quickly. This isnt the case with dove. I really like how it makes my hair feel in the short term, and the color it keeps in my hair in the long term. A !! -

Be really careful if you really need to sleep and are taking this product for the first time. This did not work well for me! I had a head ache when I took it, and the head ache went away, but it kept me up all night. It made me very tired, but... +
Be really careful if you really need to sleep and are taking this product for the first time. This did not work well for me! I had a head ache when I took it, and the head ache went away, but it kept me up all night. It made me very tired, but also made me very jittery, so I couldnt sleep. Normal tylenol doesnt make me feel this way. I read on the product details afterwards that jitteriness can be a side effect. So if you have used it before and liked it, you are probably ok. If you are trying it for the first time, I would take a half dosage, and try it out on a night that you dont need that much sleep. -
