I absolutely LOVE this face wash!!!!! I was a little worried that the scent may be too strong, but it is not. The best thing about this face wash is that your face doesn’t feel like it has “residue” left on it…it washes off cleanly. My (almost) 13 year old daughter who has VERY sensitive skin asked if she could try it…I was expecting her to tell me it bothered her face, but she said it felt really good and didn’t make her face feel “tight”. Aveeno is a brand I trust and I will definitely be buying this product in the future for our family. -

I must admit that I was hesitant to use the Aveeno Moisturizing Mist because I thought it would be super greasy! It actually goes on really easy and once you run it into your skin it feels like it dries instantly. I didn’t have to worry about waiting a long time before getting dressed because it didn’t leave any residue on my clothing. It has a very light smell…almost no smell so I really liked that because I can easily get headaches from strong scents. I would buy this product again for my family. -

I received this product for free in exchange for an honest review. My 9 year old daughter was SO excited to receive this product. Her favourite part was opening all of the “surprises”. I like that she was able to put the nails on independently and didn’t need my help. She was a little upset she didn’t get the ones she wanted, but was happy overall with the selection. As a mother, I loved that the nails stuck on with stickers and not a strong adhesive…my daughter wished they stayed on a little better as she lost a couple as the evening went on. Overall, this is a fun little manicure set for kids that won’t damage your child’s nails and is something they can do with a friend without a parent having to help. I would purchase this product again! -

I received this game from #FamilyRatedClub for free, in exchange for an honest review. I played Mexican Domino Train with my 2 children (aged 9 and 12) and it was a huge hit! It was easy enough for my younger child to play without the help of an adult, and it was challenging enough to keep my older child engaged. The great thing about this game is that it can be played for a short amount of time OR a long time. The concept is easy for younger kids to grasp and understand. My younger child was happy that they didn’t need to “read or follow any hard instructions.” As a teacher, I love using dominoes in games as it reinforces the concept of subitizing. Overall this is a great game that has quickly become a family favourite! -

I received this for free from #FamilyRatedClub in return for an honest review of the product. I received a bag of the “sour apple” green sand to try. I let my children (aged 8 and 11 years) try it and asked what they thought...they loved it and it kept them busy for awhile. It smelled like what a green apple would smell like. It was fun to create different things and the sand stuck to itself. Cleanup was a breeze and it was better than regular sand because it didn’t go all over the place. As a kindergarten teacher, I would love to be able to buy this type of sand in bulk as I think it would be a lot less messy in the classroom. Overall this was a really cool product and I would buy it again! -

I was given a free sample of #degreedryspray from #chickadvisor in return for an honest review. I am usually a stick kind of antiperspirant girl, but this really did live up to its name...there were none of the white marks that you usually get when you put your shirt on right after applying deodorant! It feels a bit cold when you spray it on, but it doesn’t have a “wet” feel after applying. I’m not sure if I’m using too much, because I feel like a lot is coming out when I use it. The scent may be a bit strong for some (I didn’t mind it) because you are spraying it close to your face as opposed to roll on deodorant. It’s claims to be a 48 hour spray, but out of habitat I used it everyday. Overall it lives up to its claim of NOT leaving a white residue on your shirt. -

I received Polysporin Complete Antibiotic Ointment for free in exchange for an honest review. I LOVE all of the Polysporin ointments. It is our go to ointment for scrapes, cuts and minor burns. It is the only product my children let me use because it doesn’t “sting.” Whenever we have a cut or scrape, I apply a small of Polysporin and cover with a band aid. I have seen a noticeable difference in healing time when I use Polysporin compared to when I don’t. I will definitely use this product again. -

Bandaids are a staple in our house...we use them for the tiniest cuts and scrapes because they seem to make everything better! The great thing about these bandaids is that they really last even with all the hand washing we are currently doing! The stretchy material is perfect for when applying to awkward spots on the body (like knees and elbows). They stretch when you bend your knee without popping off! I will be purchasing these again in the future.

I received this product #gotitfree in exchange for an honest review on #chickadvisor. Overall, I was very happy with the Realemon infused with garlic. I always have a bottle of the original Realemon to add to dishes such as chicken as rice, but this added a hint of garlic at the same time. It wasn’t an overpowering taste, but just enough to add a little extra flavour to the dishes I was cooking. I felt it was good value for the money, right in line with what I would usually pay for the original Realemon flavouring. The only downside was that the product was difficult to find. -

Full disclosure, I received a $25 voucher (when I ordered $100 worth of groceries) from #chickadvisor in exchange for an honest review. I was a little skeptical at first because the delivery charge was $7.99 and Sobey's groceries tend to be more expensive than the usual places I shop, but I decided to give it a try. It was super easy to register and order all the groceries using my cell phone!
Likes
*Loved that you could shop sale items! Each category of grocery was broken down into subcategories as well as the "sale" section.
*If an item wasn't available, you couldn't even add it to your cart (unlike other stores where you only find out the item isn't available at time of pick up).
*Delivery was AWESOME! I received a call saying they would be here in 10 minutes. I was then asked if I would like the groceries left on the front step (totally non-contact) or handed off to me.
*The driver does a temperature check of the foods that should be chilled, just to be sure it didn't get too warm.
Dislikes
*The only downside was the $7.99 delivery charge...but honestly, if you ordered a large amount of groceries, the fee isn't that bad!
