Dissolves oil effectively, especially the blue Dawn as advertised. A small amount on a sponge is enough to finish the job for an average size family meal. The scent is pleasant.

Love the gravy, that have a distinct taste and not too salty like some other places. The amount of cheese curds and gravy that they put is just the right balance with the fries. Many other places I’ve tried was either too dry or too soupy.
