I tried Weliva Cimidona under my doctor’s supervision as a natural option for managing menopausal hot flashes. I appreciated that the product is naturally sourced, especially for people who prefer to avoid lab-created hormone replacement therapy (HRT). The packaging and pamphlet were clear and informative, and I felt that the company did a good job answering common questions about how the product works and what to expect.
In terms of effectiveness, I did notice a modest improvement in my symptoms. My hot flashes seemed to decrease by roughly 20%, which suggested the product may have been starting to work. I also want to note that I did not experience any major side effects such as increased blood pressure or other concerning reactions.
However, by the second week I developed a dull, persistent headache that lasted about three days. The headache eventually went away, but it returned again toward the end of week three. Because of this pattern, my doctor recommended that I stop taking the product. While the headaches were not severe, they were consistent enough that we felt it was likely not the best fit for me.
One aspect of the product that I found somewhat frustrating is the packaging. The box contains a four-week supply, but the product states it can take up to six weeks to see full results. That means you must purchase a second package before you can truly determine whether it works for you. If the company truly believes in the six-week timeline, it would make more sense to provide a six-week supply so users can fairly evaluate the product without committing to another purchase first.
Overall, I like the concept behind Weliva Cimidona and appreciate that it offers a natural alternative for those who struggle with traditional HRT. It may work well for some people, particularly those looking for plant-based options. Unfortunately, due to the recurring headaches, both my doctor and I agreed it wasn’t the right choice for me, and I have stopped taking it.

I never knew Shea butter could smell so good! The scent is not overpowering whatsoever. This is the perfect ultra rich cream for keeping your hands soft during winter! Listerine Total Care Zero has it ALL! It targets plaque, bad breath, gingivitis, and tarter. Ingredients? Eucalyptus! Menthol! Thymol! These babies fight nearly 100% of germs! And they’re all in Listerine Total Care. And the “Zero” part? Zero alcohol, leading to a much less intense experience. I’ll take it!!! -

All Nighter kept its promises! On Tuesday I wore makeup without All Nighter and compared this with wearing All Nighter the next day. This picture shows me after 7 hours. My lipstick is gone, but my foundation is still looking fresh...no patchiness or fading. My blush still looks fresh too! The nozzle sprayer sprays a fine mist, not a loose spray with drops. This is great for going on evenly. It really is waterproof - it locks that makeup in for the day. COmes off easily with a makeup remover, but not just water. Definitely getting some more of this. Perfect for when you're out running errands or need to get to the store and home. This is a gorgeous warm rose color that looks almost brown in the tube but transfers to your lips like a nude rose. Butterly sent me the Armani luminous silk cheek tint in the colour 50.5 to test out and review. I took one look at it, “ I can’t wear that.” then I went online and looked at some pictures of people wearing it and decided to try it. Application is very smooth. For a liquid cheek tint this blends out very well with no streaking or patchiness. There’s no scent to it either. The colour payoff was very lovely – gave me a natural flush. I am fairly certain if you wanted a deeper colour you could just build it up or use a powder blush over. This was the easiest liquid blush / cheek tint I’ve ever used. The colour suits me well which really surprised me. The price is a little high, but I think if you have mature skin, this might work out for you better than anything else! -

I love the ingredients – hyaluronic acid, niacinamide, and vitamin K or fantastic ingredients for an eye cream. There are no dyes or perfumes involved in this ice cream. The packaging is stunning, but I am concerned that if one hole clogs, I will be missing out on an ingredient. You only need a very small amount because this is an eye cream that blends out beautifully. I think it’s fine for sensitive skin as well – my mother used it and she has sensitive skin around her eyes. She had zero reaction. My final word on this is it’s quite gimmicky, but it does work. I feel there are other eye creams on the market that cost much less, but do the same. Thanks to Butterly for sending this to me to test out for a review! -

I swear it seems to seal my lipstick in! Using it over a darker, highly pigmented lipstick prevents my lipstick from bleeding now! Maybe it’s the 15% of squalane? Whatever it is, it gives a great shine. Love the glass container and the click shut cap. There won’t be any more accidents in my purse due to a loose cap….!
