I found NIVEA Essential Lip Balm to be very moisturizing for my lips, they felt soft and supple when I was using it. I often get dry flaky lips, especially in the summer and winter and it's good to have a hydrating lip balm like NIVEA Essential Lip Balm to use all the time but especially during the cold and hottest months of the year.
