I have been wearing heavy eye makeup since I was a young teenager. No matter what makeup remover I tried I would always wake up with black residue under my eyes in the morning. Other removers would force me to rub on my eye area, which as we all know, causes eye wrinkles. I saw Garnier's Micellar Cleansing Water in Walmart and decided to give it a try. It is the best makeup remover I have ever tried hands down. I put a little bit on a cotton pad and all I have to do is dab it on my eyes and the makeup just clings to it like a magnet! No need to rub our pull at the fragile skin around my eyes. It also takes of all the other makeup and dirt on my face that I didn't even know was there. This will be my go to product from now on. Thanks Garnier. -
