I've been trying to eat better and live a healthier lifestyle. I frequently deal with bloating due to my Endometriosis. I'm also lactose I tolerant and I still consume dairy occasionally. So I was excited to try a natural supplement that helps with bloating and digestion.
I loved that the tablets were chewable. Even though I didn't read that until a couple times into taking them 😅
They have a pleasant taste and go down easily.
They say to take three times a day with meals but I only eat twice a day so I followed that schedule.
I can't say that I noticed a huge difference but I do feel like they're working. Things are regular right now and I've had minimal bloats. I'm not sure if they become more effective as you consistently use them. I'll continue to use this product and further update

For sending me this product, free of charge; in exchange for my honest review. This was my first time trying L'Occitane but I've heard great things about the brand.
The shower cream is extremely light and has a delicious smell to it. (Not overpowering at all.)
I work in a dirty greasy environment and this left my skin feeling soft and supple after use. I was expecting it to foam / lather like a gel or soap and it doesn't... It does lather a bit though.
I have really enjoyed using this product and would definitely recommend it!

This mouthwash works Amazingly well and leaves your mouth feeling refreshed. It's alcohol free and does not burn.
