Okay hear me out, i have waited for my pimple to come back but so far i had ridiculous amount of mosquito bites, so i thought why not try it on them, they are red, itchy and swollen and is needing something to soothe and prevent it them from getting worse. And guess what, the induration of the mosquito bite came down in just a few hours and after 12hrs the bites are nice and flat, and the small bite where i kinda formed an open area from scratching is the only evidence that was left. Redness was all gone. Bite healed in 2 days. So i could only imagine how well it will work on pimples in making the healing process faster.

Whenever i try a new supplement, the first thing i try to figure out is if it will give me heartburn and nausea, and thankfully, AOR L-Carnitine is well tolerated by my stomach. I tried taking it with my breakfast or lunch since it has been giving me the extra energy kick. I have very low energy levels and i find it really difficult to get myself started with any exercise but lo and behold, i did not take a nap (what i mean is sleeping until 1pm), got my laundry done, run in the treadmill, vacuumed and washed the floors, and cooked meals. I felt like a superwoman! I think it is very promising. Lower fatigue for me means getting things done and exercises done. My goal is to get some cardio and weights regularly and i feel like this supplement is gonna help me achieve it. This is a good high quality product for sure.

This will be my new go-to facial wash! I am in love with panOxyl acne gel wash! It is fragrance free, clear gel that foams finely with small amount of water. It feels good on the face, no sting noted during facial cleansing/application which is very common to other salicylic/medicated facial washes. It feels gentle, and skin feels smooth and supple after wash. It is Non-greasy as well which is a big plus for me that is why i choose gel over cream washes but panoxyl leaves the skin hydrated enough even if you forget to apply your moisturizer after lol.
