I received a free sample of Thursday Plantation Perfect Patch Invisible Hydrocolliod patches in exchange for my honest opinion. This brand just celebrated 50 years! These patches contain tea tree oil, cica and Salicylic Acid and help to reduce redness to help with healing.
To use these you should cleanse the area first, put the patch on for 6-8 hours and then peel off once the patch turns white.
These patches come in 4 different sizes spanning from small to large which is great coverage for a variety of pimple sizes.
I tried these patches overnight for the first time according to the directions. I washed my face, put the patch on and peeled it off in the morning. They are practically Invisible and I almost went to work still wearing it in the morning.
As you can tell in this picture, you can barely see the patch. All in all I am very pleased with this product and would recommend it for anyone with acne prone skin.

I recently had the opportunity to try a small sample of Panaoxyl Daytime Invisable Patches in exchange for my honest opinion. This product claims to help achieve healthier looking skin. These patches do this by covering and protecting blemishes. This prevents the temptation to pick them and keeps the area clean and dry.
It also helps absorb any excess gunk. This is a major plus in promoting healing. They act like a tiny bandage for pimples and seals the blemish off from dirt and bacteria.
Additionally its invisible on the skin and blends under makeup making them perfect for all day wear.
This product can be found at most major retailers. All in all this is a good product and I highly recommend it for everyday breakouts.

I received a free sample of Ferrero Chocolate Squares in exchange for my honest opinion. I received the dark chocolate hazelnut, the milk chocolate hazelnut and the white chocolate hazelnut flavors. These chocolate squares are layered with the chocolate, hazelnuts, crunchy crispies and a smooth creamy filling.
The dark chocolate was smooth, not too sweet and was not bitter like some other dark chocolates.
The milk chocolate was sweet without being too sweet. It was the perfect combination of milk chocolate and crunch.
The white chocolate was my favorite. It was the perfect white chocolate and paired really well with the hazelnuts.
All in all I thoroughly enjoyed these chocolates and highly recommend them for the perfect sweet indulgent treat.

The first question that I had was where do I buy this product as I received a coupon to purchase it
So I went on the Say It Ain't Soda website to find stores that carry the product. I visited 2 stores in London and didn't have any luck so I headed to Fair/Square Vegan Goods in Woodstock.
I wasn’t able to find the Citrus flavor and instead was able to purchase the Trip To The Tropics Grapefruit, Guava and Hibiscus.
This product uses real fruit and botanicals and it as a more intentional, flavour-forward alternative to traditional soda.
I used this drink as both a mixer to a cocktail and on its own as a non-alcoholic drink. You can mix any type of alcohol you like including tequila or mezcal. I used a local peach mango vodka and it created the perfect cocktail.
All in all I really enjoyed this product. I love the packaging and the flavor. I love that it is low calorie,low sugar and the ingredients list is small and simple. There is nothing on there that you cannot pronounce. I love its simplicity and its transparency. It was the perfect drink to end a beautiful day of working outside in the sun. Its great on its own as a non alcoholic option but also is a great addition to any cocktail. The only small issue that I have is that it is hard to find. Other than that, its a great product and I would highly recommend it.

It contains almond proteins which help with moisture and silicium complex to help with the suppleness of the skin.
This cream is to be applied morning and evening all over the body. I applied this cream in the evening and worked it into my skin in circular motions.
This is probably the nicest cream that I have ever tried. I love the mild pleasant fragrance. I love the thickness and texture of the cream. I love how this cream leaves 0 greasy residue which I have never experienced before. I highly recommend this product.

This product is also available at Loblaws,Valu-Mart, Provigo, YIG, Atlantic Superstore, Real Canadian Superstore, Save on Foods.
These pizzas are ready in an air fryer in as little as 5 minutes. I cooked mine for 7 as I like my pizza extra crispy and that it was. This pizza was good for a Dairy Free/ Gluten Free option and has cheese made from an Oat Cream blend. These pizzas are 330 calories each. Its quick, easy and convenient.

I received a free sample of AOR Magnesium Synergy drink mix in exchange for my honest opinion. This product is advertised to help with energy metabolism, skin health, improved immune function, maintenance of bones and teeth, and helps with muscle function. I tried this mix daily with food as directed. I used one scoop once daily and mixed it with water. Originally I thought that this would be unflavored but I was pleasantly surprised that it had a light lemon lime type flavor to it making it pleasant to drink. I noticed that this helped with my muscle pain and discomfort and improved my energy and muscle function. I noticed an improvement in energy, calmness and general sense of well being. I thoroughly enjoyed using this product and intend to continue using it moving forward.

I liked that this Omega 3 supplement is 1000mg. The Omega 3 is derived from Anchovies. The capsule itself is large. This is pretty standard for this type of supplement. I don't have any issues with this. I can confirm that there is no unpleasant after taste and that it was gentle on my stomach. I didn't have any issues taking it. I typically take Omega 3 for my chronic dry eye symptoms. This supplement effectively managed those symptoms. All in all I really liked this product. -

I received a free sample of Myoflex Maximum Strength Pain Relief cream in exchange for my honest opinion. This first thing I loved about this product is that it is Canadian made. This product is perfect for me because I very commonly have issues with sore muscles specifically in my upper back and shoulders. I chose to use this cream during one of my bad pain days. I literally applied this muscle rub to my upper back and shoulders. I immediately put a shirt on over it and continued with my evening. This product is advertised as not being greasy and I agree. I noticed that it sunk right into the skin and didn't stain my clothes. Additionally I noticed it was odor free. This means this product is more versatile and can be worn to work or other scent free places. Lastly I noticed that it was pretty effective. I felt less pain the next day after using it. I would highly recommend this product. -
