Upon receiving this product, the design and the look of it is nice. I like the shape, color and simplicity of it's design. It was nice to see that they included both the battery and cleaning tool. The trimmer attachment is clear and I actually didn't even see it until after turning on the unit first. The unit is quiet, and the LED light worked well! I tried it with the trimmer attachment, but I had difficulty figuring out how to use it and at what angle. I assume it works better for longer hair. It did not catch any of the shorter hair. I guess it may take a bit to get the technique down. It is hard to know how efficient it can be. I tried it on my arm and it worked well, but again - the instructions are very simple on how to use this, but hard to know if you are using it correctly. -
