Smells really good so I put it directly into my boys mouths from the dropper but they didn't seem to like that too much. So I've been mixing it in water/juice and their food an they don't notice that at all! I like that its a Multi Vitamin rather that having to give them 3 different vitamins. Overall would recommend but definitely try mixing it into food. -
