My experience:
I used the product as recommended & found that it helped a bit with my severe stomach issues.
I think others who don’t have as many issues with digestion & less severe IBS would benefit from trying Swiss Naturals Activated Charcoal.

I have been taking 2 capsules a day (as recommended) for 10 days.
I have experienced less night sweats & slightly less nervousness.
The biggest change I’ve noticed is less parestheia, which is often referred to as pins and needles.
It’s an uncomfortable tingling, numbness & prickly feeling & I’m very pleased that after a few days, I realized I wasn’t experiencing this as often & some days not at all.
I’m eager to see more changes as I’ve only used 1/3 of the capsules in the bottle I received.
I will purchase another bottle.
I’m very pleased with the results I experienced so far & recommend Swiss Natural Menolibrium.

I have very long, naturally curly, colour treated hair, which is dry & prone to frizziness.
I have been using the OGX serum after the shampoo & conditioner I’m currently using.
I really like the gel-like texture and how easy it is to apply to my hair.
It has a great berry like scent, it’s lightweight and there was no sticky or greasy feeling.
My hair feels softer & OGX Bond Protein Repair Sealing Serum has really helped with frizziness and dryness.
My hair looks & feels healthier.
I love that this product is paraben-free!

I love everything about this L’Occitane Shea Butter body cream.
It has a very thick, rich & creamy texture.
The nutty shea butter scent of this body cream is fantastic. It glides on easily & smoothly, absorbs into my skin quickly, and there is no greasy feeling left on my skin.
My skin feels very smooth & soft, and hydrated and moisturized all day.
I recommend this cream to everyone!

I received a 10 pack of Band-Aid Pro Heal adhesive bandages from @thisisbutterly and @bandaidbrandcanada in exchange for my honest review.
First time I can ever remember being upset that I didn’t have a cut that I needed to use a Band-Aid on! 😅
These are a new product which contains an advanced hydrocolloid gel which helps aid minor wounds heal and prevents scarring and the appearance of scars.
They are individually wrapped, with separate protection to peel off the gel pad area.
They are 100% waterproof which helps keep out germs and aids your body natural healing ability.
They stay on even when wet, so they last much longer than other traditional bandages.
The moist environment supports healing while also protecting the wound.
My results:
I used 2 Band-Aid Pro Heal bandages over 3 days on several small cuts on the pad of my right thumb.
I found that the adhesion was fantastic, and they were 100% waterproof as described.
There was a good amount of stretch, it was strong and provided great protection.
After removing the Band-Aid after the full 2nd day of wearing it, the small cuts had healed much quicker than with other bandages I had used in the past.
I used the 2nd bandage for a full day, & was very impressed!
The gel definitely improved the results not just in the speed of healing, but the appearance of the cuts.
I highly recommend Band-Aid Pro Heal, it’s a great addition to the Band-Aid products available.

I have been using the Aveeno Renewal serum for 4 weeks. I use in the morning and also in evening before bed.
I found the serum to be very lightweight, and it absorbed into my skin nicely.
A little goes a long way as you don’t need a lot of product per use.
I began to notice a slight difference in the first few days, and my skin improved daily. My skin began to feel softer after the first use, and the longer I use the serum, my skin looks more hydrated, smoother and softer.
Between the third and fourth week I began to see improvement in fine lines and wrinkles.
My skin felt a little firmer and overall healthier.
I’m very pleased that I didn’t experience any redness, dryness or irritation while using the Aveeno serum.
I’m very satisfied with the results and recommend Calm + Restore Age Renewal Serum.

I have been using the Aveeno Renewal eye gel and for 4 weeks. I use in the morning and also in evening before bed.
My skin feels very soft and looks smoother and more hydrated. My under eye area looks brighter and firmer.
The eye gel is lightweight, it glides on smoothly, and absorbs nicely into my skin.
I found I only needed a small amount of the eye gel for each eye, so a little goes a long way.
I began to notice a slight difference in the first few days, and by the end of the first week more improvement.
Between the third and fourth week I began to see improvement in crow’s feet
fine lines and wrinkles and hope to see more as I continue using the eye gel.

These gummies taste great & I really like that they are immune supporting.
Definitely needed during the cold winter months. They help protect from illness and cold and flus.
They contain Vitamin C, zinc and Premium Haschberg Black Elderberries.
As I only received 2 sample packages containing 2 gummies each I’m not sure how well they work, but I will be purchasing them to try them out this winter.
