About a month ago I started taking Promensil for my perimenopause. At first I was reluctant. I didn't really see how this little red vitamin was going t provide me the relief I needed. A couple weeks in I start to notice some subtle changes in my overall being. My hair was looking more shiny and thick, my skin was clearing up, and I just felt overall better. My attitude was more positive because these things were weighing on me every day and now I could see the light at the end of the tunnel. My only regret is that I did not start taking this product sooner. I recommend this to all women who think they maybe starting the new chapter in their lives. You got nothing to loose and I promise you wont regret it.
