Voltaren Emulgel
I have used Voltaren plenty of times to help with the pain that I suffer. Doesn't take much of this ointment to help with the pain. I find that you don't need to use alot. It absorbs quickly and starts to work.

Premier Protein Chocolate Shake
I enjoyed the protein shake on it's own or with a bit of granola. I would rather drink this on it's own than add anything with it Both flavors were very good and also very filling with out the guilt.
