I got this product on sale. However, I find it not effective. My hair would feel cleaned temporarily, but as the day goes on, it just feels more greasy for some reason. Oddly, this actually adds volume to flat, unwashed hair. It works more like hair spray than dry shampoo I would say. -

pro: - glides on smoothly -innovative packaging, the round shape is easy to hold and it's got a nice feel to it -very moisturizing con: -not very long-lasting

I have tried a variety of make-up removers both drugstore and fancier brand names. This is by far the best one that I have tried. I use it by shaking it up a bit, soaking a cotton pad and then gently rubbing away my water proof make-up.
It's extremely gentle on my skin, yet effectively removes all traces of make-up. I use a waterproof mascara by Majolica Majorca (from Japan), and it is quite tough to remove. I've tried DHC cleansing oil, Shu Uemura cleansing oil, clinique makeup remover, Bioderma...ONLY lancome takes it all off without any rubbing. It doesn't leave any residue in my eyes like Shu Uemura does, either.
It doesn't have alcohol or any weird smells. In fact, it smells like roses and I love it. I have used up 3 large bottles and will continue to purchase it in the future.
Overall, a fantastic make-up remover, worth every dollar.

I personally did not have a good experience with this toner, mainly because:
-it smells strongly of alcohol. Alcohol is a very drying and irritating ingredient in toners.
-My cheeks burned and turned red immediately after I applied (I have combo skin so the skin on my cheeks are quite thin and dry)
-Now I only use it on my T zone but it does not do anything to "refine pores” as it claims to
Overall I don't understand the hype about this product. It was way too irritating for my dry skin.

As a facial oil it works great. I recommend the following routine: a good cleansing session, exfoliation of skin to remove dead cells, steaming the face to soften the skin and open pores, then warm a few drops of the oil in the palm of your hands, gently massage your face so the oil is absorbed. You'll find your skin so soft and supple the next morning.
This facial oil is very strongly scented, which, depending on personal preference, could be a pro or a con.
The major ingredient is hazelnut oil, which isn't expensive. Although it also includes other fancy pure plant extracts and essential oils, I find it hard to justify the price.

After trying multiple products over the years I have reached the conclusion that Chanel cosmetics is a waste of money.
At their shadows have zero pigmentation. The fallout of these shadows is just as bad. Lasting power is a joke. Really the only quality about this product is the packaging, so it is perfect for someone who loves to howoff the big Chanel logo when she touches up in the bathroom. I personally felt stupid for paying so much for a pretty box.
At this price point, it is fair to expect the products to perform better than drugstore ones, even if just slightly. Alas, Chanel has always been disappointing.

Review for color "rico mauve"
Pro:
-glides on so very smoothly
-non-drying
-color is nude and subtle, suitable for people with yellow undertone
-very good price point
Con:
-color only lasts a few hours
-Afterwards it stains the lips in a distinctly pink color, which looks very harsh and not like the original color at all
-I might just use it as a cheek stain later on
