I don’t know if it was just me or maybe it was the wax? I’ve waxed many times before but when I use this on my bikini line, after I was done I was so badly bruised. I’m talking dark purple bruising on my complete Bikini line. I’ve been waxing for years and this is the first time I’ve ever had a bruise. So maybe I use the wrong strip? Maybe I should’ve used a bikini strip instead of just a body and legs? Nonetheless, I was so disappointed by the waxing job. To be fair tho, the product gave me a clean close wax, it’s the after effects I’m not liking. -

I love strawberry And I was impressed that the frozen bar did not taste artificial, and tasted actually like strawberry. The flavour was perfect, not too strong I’m not too sweet. I recommend is if you’re looking for a Summertime treat. -

I was given the opportunity to try the Shick Intuition razor in Shea butter. First of all, the smell of a shea butter was wonderful. You smell it as soon as you take it out of the package. Second, I love the fact that I can just get in the shower and I don’t need any shaving gel. I can just let the water be my guide and help me with a smooth, close shave. My legs felt soft and moisturized after my shave was over. I recommend this for anyone. Realistically if you were ever in a jam, all you need is a bottle of water and this razor and you could literally shave anywhere.. -

For more than just dishes, We use Dawn dish soap for many things in our house. We find it excellent for washing cars, and lately I have been using it as a pre-soak for some laundry. My daughter has natural pads for her period. I like to soak them overnight in a little bit of Borax and a little bit of Dawn soap before washing as normal. It keeps them clean and keeps them smelling fresh. I also use this combination when soaking anything that has a smell to it. Sometimes my husband has shirts and pants that he works out in and they get that gross smell. I have found that the overnight dawn and borax combination soak makes a huge difference and gives the clothes a fresh smell again. -

We use a lot of natural products at home. I don’t like to use Chapstick on a daily basis because I find that even this brand will try out my lips the moment that I stop using it. I will use this once in a while just to keep my lips moisturized if I feel like they need a little extra help that day. However this is the only brand that I buy because I find they work the best and dry my lips out the least with consistent use -

I saw the new Tim Hortons cereal and thought yeah that looks pretty good. So I thought I would give it a try. I did not have high expectations but I figured for the four dollars it spent it was cheap enough that if I didn’t like it I could just throw it out. As soon as I open the box and poured a bowl of cereal, it smelled like a Tim Hortons French vanilla coffee. The smell was so incredibly good. It almost makes you wanna just sit there with the box and smell it all day long. You definitely taste the coffee, it’s not exactly subtle but it’s not exactly overbearing. It is just the perfect amount of taste. I don’t necessarily taste any chocolate from the mocha but again I like the cereal as it tastes right now. Add in the fact that it has marshmallows and this is a definite serial winner. I used oat milk with mine and it was a wonderful breakfast that makes me feel like I’ve just been caffeinated for the day LOL -

First off, I felt like such an adult making a drink from such a cute glass bottle! Ginger Ale is my go to drink and this did not disappoint. I found the taste to be slightly less sweet and really liked that it didn't have any aftertaste. I poured myself some whiskey and Ginger Ale over ice, and added a few frozen cranberries for a pop of colour. If I was able to have a Christmas party this year, this drink would be a feature! -

All throughout my life I haven't been very tolerant of dairy. A few years ago I cut it out completely (and by extension, my family no longer eats it either lol) I was always using nut milk but never really loved it. Then I tried Oat Milk. Creamy and wonderful, it is my families new favourite. My kids prefer it and I buy the vanilla flavour on their request (unsweetened of course). -

I received a voucher to try Volia by Sobeys. I was super excited as I live in the country and qualified for delivery (I can only get pizza from a ma and pa store)
I received my code and started my grocery list. I found that it might take some playing around with dates in order to get everything you want (some stuff shows unavailable when you go to order it) I loved how it was very transparent about if the item was in stock or not.
When I went to check out, my voucher code did not work. Voila was contacted and they were super helpful and had called me back within 2 hours of the query. Excellent customer service.
The order came, everything was at the appropriate temperature (he did a thermal scan on my ice cream and meat) and it was bagged properly. The driver had also called to tell me he was on his way and was super friendly!
Here is what I did not like. I had updated my order with additional items but when my order was processed on delivery day they were not recorded. As well, for some reason the quantity of some items were altered, ie. I got 1 dozen eggs instead of 2. Again this was shown on my delivery confirmation so the delivered order was correct. Could this be a system glitch? Overall I was happy with the service, despite the problems I encountered.

I usually buy all organic and natural hair car products so it made perfect sense to try a large bottle of kiss my face conditioner. This condo is awful. I have long thick curly hair and it leaves my hair tangled and feeling like straw. The conditioner does nothing to soften or moisturize my hair after the shampoo leaves it all tangled. The conditioner is completely ineffective. I tried it for a week and now I am going to try to give it away because I can’t handle how bad it is on my hair. I’m quite surprised the product is so disappointing as I use the kiss my face brand often. -
