I asked for my ombre hair to be touched up and showed a picture of what I wanted. I ended up with dark brown-black hair at the top and then super blond at the end. There was NO gradient or gradual transition. When I expressed concern that it was too dark at the top and the contrast was too much, they said it would fade to look better after a couple of washes.

Who tells a customer that your hair doesn't look good, but it will fade later? I ran home and box dyed for fear of going out in public looking like a skunk.

The Manager was a jerk and offered nothing to help. He said since I had box dyed it I didn't qualify for a color correction. I told him I wouldn't have wanted them to touch my hair anymore. He said they have a strict no refund policy and wouldn't even offer a voucher for free shampoo or product.
