They taste good, aren't too chewy and feel like I get a daily candy... But it's actually great for my immunity. I travel alot so always taking immunity vitamins and I think I just found my new favorite!

The ingredients in this supplement very good in my opinion. Red clover is interesting and had never known it was available to help with night sweats during menopause. It seemed to help fairly quickly which was great.. but I did have some night sweats still happening. Definitely made them lesser and I'd recommend giving this a try! Easy to swallow and didn't upset my stomach, I did take it with food.
