I really like the shade of this product. While I would not call it "nude" (was thinking it would be slightly different than it actually is, the packaging even has a more "nude" colour) the colour is very close to my natural lip colour. The consistancy of it is definately more lipstick like over lip balm with it's pink shimmery consistency (I actually have a couple lipsticks that are more lip balm then this is) and it smells and tastes like grandma's lipstick (you know when your grandma kisses you and leaves behind her lipstick on your cheek) but I got this product for less then a dollar with the purchase of another Softlips product so while I don't think I'd purchase it again, it's not absolutely horrible either. -

I recieved this product to review for the product review club (so i can't effectively rate price as i got it free) and was quite excited when I heard I was getting the chance to review it because I was about to go out and look for a new sunscreen for my face. I use daily moisturizers with spf in them but with my fair skin and freckles I always need that much more protection or a few too many minutes out in the sun and I turn lobster.
Despite it saying it's "water-light" I was still surprised at how light it actually is. the product comes out like a liquid foundation would but i found it thinner than actual liquid foundation. this was both a good and a bad thing for me. it was so thin i thought it should almost belong in a spray bottle but then that doesnt really work so well for face use. I guess i'm just so use to sunscreen being in cream form for the face so it was a tad awkward to apply at first being that it was so runny.
the smell is decent...very light and barely there but still has a hint of that you're wearing sunscreen smell. I liked it once it was on and it kept me from burning but although it didnt really feel greasy on, i found that my face looked too shiny for my liking and i did experience a small breakout (but im not certain it was from this yet...will update the review if i discover otherwise after more testing).
so review....
Pros: light weight so it can easily be layered with makeup without feeling like you've got tons on, high spf rating, light smell, did it's job as i didnt burn, i got it free to try
Cons: it's so thin i was thrown off at first, made me look a little shiney, had a small breakout but still unsure if it was from this product or not
I'm still not sure I would go out and purchase this item myself yet or not but it's a possibility as there are only so many face specific products out there and i did like the higher spf factor this Neutrogena Ultra Sheer Water-Light had to offer. I will continue to use and test and update the review if I change my opinion.

I like it because it is mild, doesn't smell strong, and doesnt dry out my skin or make me break out. i have not seen any major changes to my skin in the things that it claims it helps but i havnt been using it very long so that may change. either way it's a decent cleanser and works for me. -

Okay what I liked:
i liked the colour choices and that the conditioning balm and liquid colour came together in one stick (the CG version I tried the 2 came seperate). I also liked that it had a fruity smell to it.
However...I did not like how it felt when on and it did not last anywhere near the 16 hours it claims to last.
So for the price and the fact that I'm not a big lipcolour wearer I don't think I would buy it again and don't think I would recommend it either.

I wanted to try something new so I picked this up in "Miami Strip / Healthy Glow Bronzer'. I definately like the colours and how it looks on me and it's great because I can use it in multiple ways and combinations but i find for me that it is a tad too shimmery for everyday/day use so I won't get as much wear out of it as I want to so not sure I would purchase it again for the price paid but I will continue to wear it when it fits and would recommend it to someone looking for a decent shimmer. -

I just recently purchased this mascara to try because it was on sale and I had a discount coupon for a maybelline mascara and had tried most of the other ones. It's not my favorite maybelline mascara but I do like it. It does it's job and although sometimes I find it a tad clumpy, I like the applicator brush. I'd buy it again on sale but I think I will continue to find a new favorite. -

I remember trying these when they first came out and after years of not using them I again bought a pack to try. For some reason I found that they didn't work as good as I had remembered and now feel I wasted my money on a sub-par product.
I heard you can do the same thing with Elmer's glue, never tried it but i've heard your can.
I will probably use up what I have and wouldn't object to a free sample or two but don't think I will purchase again for myself.

My only issue is that I often have to drive an hour to purchase them as most of the places that sell cosmetics near me don't carry them or don't carry a very large selection...but not a huge problem as i pick them up when i need them and often drive the same distance for others things too. -
