Sensodyne Instant Relief toothpaste
If you have sensitive teeth, you know how badly they can hurt this toothpaste definitely does not provide “instant” relief, but if used regularly (daily), it does help with sensitivity

But I have also discovered Cold FX At the first signs of a cold, you take these capsules over a week (starting off with a higher dose) and I have definitely had them twart off a cold/flu unless on sale, or with a coupon, they are quite pricey! A dozen oranges may also do the same thing 🤷♀️ -
