I was excited to try this sample, i have always thought adding Apple Cider vinegar to my diet would be a great thing.
I found these were a bit too sticky for my liking, the bottle became one big lump and i have to pick one off every morning when i take them. the taste is pretty good, a little sweet, a little sour, my daughter didn't like the flavour so it's just me eating them now LOL
I don't know if i will purchase these after this bottle is empty, i don't know enough of the benefits of Apple Cider Vinegar to justify the purchase. But i would recommend them to someone looking get more Vinegar in their lives

being so tasty, they are easy to remember to take, but don't eat too many at once!
I will definitely go through the bottle and see how my system feels after that!
