When I bought my Amope, it was in a deluxe kit that included this foot cream and a carrying kit. I thought the foot cream would be just like any other, but was pleasantly surprised when I tried it.
It quickly absorbs into skin and leaves feet feeling silky and soft! I like to put it on at night so that it can soak in while I sleep. It is a little pricey, but I would definitely buy it again if it goes on sale.

I bought a multi-pack of EOS lip balms at Costco and this was one of the flavours included. This is definitely my favourite as it tastes like an amazing lemon cake and has an SPF of 15 as well.
It is gentle and non-greasy like other EOS lip balms that I have tried and I highly recommend this, if you like lemon, of course.

I bought the Oily Skin Purification sample package from AnnMarie skin care as I have heard a lot about this brand and am trying to switch my health and beauty products over to something more natural.
This mask is recommended 1-2 times per week and it is easy to use and makes my skin feel great! It isn't a heavy mud mask like many others that I have tried, it is nice and light and dries in 10-15 minutes.
I found this mask to be very gentle and look forward to continuing to use this in my skin care routine.

I bought the Oily Skin Purification sample package from AnnMarie skin care as I have heard a lot about this brand and am trying to switch my health and beauty products over to something more natural.
I love the scent of this cleanser, it is very natural and not over-powering. It also feels very gentle and does not leave my skin feeling dried out like many gel cleansers that I have tried.
The price point on this brand is pretty high, which I understand as they are very picky about the products that they use, but I'm torn on whether or not to order the full size as the shipping is so expensive to Canada.
I highly recommend at least trying the samples of their products if you are looking for something natural, their sample kits are usually $10 with free shipping.

I love the Raspberry version of this iced tea by Bigelow and was looking forward to this one as well. Unfortunately I found this overly sweet and was not a fan. I even tried brewing it for longer hoping that it would get stronger and the sweetness would be tamed, but it just made it that much sweeter.
I would skip the peach flavour and try the raspberry instead - it is amazing!

Whenever I travel to the US for work I always go to the nearest Walmart or Walgreens to check out American products that we don't have in Canada. On one of my trips I found this product in the tea and coffee aisle and bought it to try when I got home.
It is really easy to make, you just pour water over the tea bag and wait a few minutes. The raspberry flavour is really good and I love that it is not overly sweet. I stocked up last time I went to the US as we still do not have this in Canada.
A great caffeine-free beverage that is refreshing and fast and easy to make.

I worked at a health food store when I was younger and discovered peppermint oil and found out how great it is for stomach issues. If I have indigestion, I pop a few capsules and usually in 20-30 minutes I start to feel better.
I have also found that these capsules are handy if you have a strong flavour that you cannot get out of your mouth. If I eat something really garlicky and brushing/flossing/mouthwash and gum cannot help, I use a peppermint oil capsule. Just pop it in your mouth, bite into it and your mouth is filled with a strong, minty flavour.

When I was trying to switch my health and beauty products over to more natural options, I tried this toothpaste and was pleasantly surprised. I absolutely LOVE anise flavour and this toothpaste has a good deal of flavour that I really appreciated.
Overall, the toothpaste performed well, the only downside is that it does not have whitening capabilities which I usually look for in a toothpaste. Green Beaver is a great Canadian brand and I appreciate that their products are well priced and accessible to consumers. This is definitely worth trying if you like anise flavour and are looking for a good natural toothpaste option.

I received a sample of this in my Little Life Box monthly box and couldn't wait to try it as I am always looking for natural replacements for health and beauty products I am currently using.
I love the taste of anise/licorice and so this flavour was definitely preferred over the Neem flavour that I also tried.
I only had enough samples to last a few days, so I can't say how this toothpaste performs over the long term, but I enjoyed using it and it worked well enough that I would consider purchasing this product if I saw it on sale somewhere.

My Naturopathic doctor is trying to get me to go gluten-free and dairy-free and it has been challenging. As part of this change, I have been trying different dairy-free protein powders (I usually use All Max Whey) and though I have tried Vega products in the past and disliked them, I am giving them another try.
I used this protein powder in a morning smoothie that also contained soy milk and frozen strawberries. With this powder, like the other Vega powders I have tried, I found it overly sweet and it had a gritty texture. I was disappointed as I am very impressed with all of the nutrients in this product, but I just can't stomach the taste and texture.
I have read other reviews that rave about Vega powders, but unfortunately I cannot agree. I would recommend buying the sample-size packages to try before buying, as their powders are very expensive.
