Special K yogurt amd fruit flavoured cereal

Talk about a delicious cereal. When I was younger I loved cereal for breakfast, now I'm 31 and I much more prefer my eggs and bacon for breakfast. Throughout my years I've drifted away from the sweets over to the salt. I'm not big on anything sweet. Chocolate, cereals, candy, ice-cream even fruit. Anything salty has become my problem! I've recently been trying to watch what I eat, and I was told about special K products. I started out first with their cereal bars which I will post on another thread, and than I tried this cereal. Special K yogurt and fruit flavoured cereal. It is soo yummy! Not only is it a healthier choice more than most cereals it's sooo good! There's clusters of yogurt covered granola, amd clusters of dehydrated fruit and granola. I find that it's equally delicious with and without milk, I actually just finished a bowl before I decided my next review would be on this cereal!! Hope my post helps :) -

One of my biggest problems is that my nail Polish chips away so quickly. I have very strong, and healthy nails that I manicure myself at home. I don't feel the need to take them to a salon where I have to pay them to do the same thing I can do myself at home, although it is nice to be pamperes from time to time. I originally bought a bottle of sally Hansen gel from shoppers drug mart for a sale price of $9.99 originally I wasnt told that I had to also buy the black bottle which is step 2 as UT acts like a top coat. I got home, applied the nail Polish and was instantly satisfied with the way it looked and how easy it was to apply. Ii finally started to notice small chipping at the end of day 3. Shortly after I was told that I had to purchase the top coat or the nail Polish wouldn't dry. I had no problem with the nail Polish drying however, for gel nails I expected them to be a little more resilient amd not chip away after day 3. So I went and got the top coat, re did my nails and again was instantly happy with the results. Now the good thing is that chopping didn't start until week number two amd all because I applied the top coat! So the top coat is needed to prolong the wear and to prevent chipping from happening. The only thing I don't like about the product is the price. I'm not sure yet if I'll continue to purchase this product and if I do I would only buy it on sale. The reg price at shoppers is around $11 I believe which is too much for the product! -

This is a great product for those trying to tighten up lose skin, after having a baby or just wanting to firm up a little. The product ingredients are targeted to fade away scars and unwanted blemishes. If anyone wants more info or even before and after pictures, pls just ask me. I really enjoyed this product. I was sceptic at first because of all the nixed reviews, so I thought I'd give it a try for myself to see. I don't have a lot of caluses. I have one on my right heel that gets bugger and bigger if I don't take care of it. I normally use a pumice which works however every 3 days or so, it's back and I need to do it again. I use the stone when I shower. I bought the perfect Pedi from giant tiger in brampton and used it the same day, on dry feet. I noticed that it's more effective on dry feet rather than soaked feet, for myself anyway. I was very happy with the results. Not only did it leave my foot feeling smoother than a pumice stone would I didn't have to use it again for 2 weeks! With the stone I'd have etc use it every 3 days to achieve the smoothness. I also noticed that it doesn't work as well if you put dollar store batteries in it. It works a whole lot better if you use energizer or Duracell rather than the cheaper batteries. Crest Toothpaste with Scope
My favorite toothpaste. I love the way it tastes, but I love the way it leaves my mouth feeling afterwards, even more! It smells and feels fresh for hours! Well worth it's price, considering it's very inexpensive.

It's such a rich, yet subtle taste of chocolate and it's an amazing blend of chocolate and nuts. One does not over power the other. I don't like lindt chocolates I find them much too sweet and overall creamy, also not a fan of pot of gold chocolates so people know exactly what to get me for all those special occasions! -

The product does work wonderfully, however I have some downsides to it. First they need to come out with a better variety of scents. I'm a Berry type of chick, I love the Berry scents especially in the car, and they don't have any, not that I've been able to find anyway. The other problem I find us that I actually don't like how strong the scents are. I find them overwhelming at times, especially in the morning. If they took it down a bitch it would the only car vent clip I purchase! -
