This is my first time taking activated charcoal. Overall it did help with digestion and bloating. I didnt find they worked every time, so overall they did help. The pills were a bit larger than i like. I would purchase again.

When I got the sinus/head cold recently, after 4 days of feeling miserable, congested and no medications were giving me relief, I tried hydroscence. immediately felt relief. I used it twice before bed and I slept great. defiantly using this next time a cold/sinus comes into our house. -
