I had really really high hopes for this product. We frequently use saline sprays when my daughter is sick and I was excited for the use of a dropper instead. Unfortunately, it was not a win. The dropper is super sensitive so I feel like too much dropped into her nose. I tilted her head like in the instructions but I feel like it just rolled to the back of her throat as she started coughing and freaking out. She did say her nose felt better but I wouldn’t say it was any different than the saline spray version. -

I was so excited to try these multivitamins! I was a little nervous because normally I can only stomach gummies but these were actually so gentle on my stomach. They are easy to swallow and I was so happy to see how much iron it includes (I am anemic) I didn’t have to have a heavy meal when taking it and it did not keep me up at night. I’ve noticed a decrease in brain fog and my skin looks healthier! I can definitely see myself incorporating this vitamin into my routine for the long run -

I think with long term use it could actually help me quit all together -

I personally found the scent to be a little strong and felt like it left a bit of a residue on thinner skin areas such as eyelids. All in all great product just might not be the best for me -

This product is a great intro to skincare. It is not suitable for adult acne or severe breakouts. It foams nicely, leaves skin feeling clean without tightness and I did see a decrease in breakouts while using it. For the price it is well worth it.

This is my favourite chapstick! I used to use Carmex all the time but after trying Lip Medex I will not go back. I snowboard in the winter and it helps keep my lips from splitting. I also have insane allergies during the summer which causes me to blow my nose a lot. I actually rub a bit of it on my nose and it helps heal the cracks, I love the cool sensation and find the balm smooth instead of sticky -
Tetley Earl Grey Vanilla Specialty Tea
So the taste is honestly not horrible but the tea leave a weird film in your cup. You also don’t need to use as much sweetener because of the vanilla. It’s a nice once in a while drink but I much prefer the original earl grey
