The chocolate tastes rich and smooth, and I really liked the crunchy bits with the creamy hazelnut filling inside. My husband and I don’t eat fish, but we still wanted the benefits of fish oil, so we decided to try NOW Ultra Omega-3—and it’s honestly been a great addition to our daily routine. Each softgel has 1000 mg of fish oils, including 250 mg DHA and 500 mg EPA, which helps support heart health, brain function, and overall wellness. I really appreciate that it’s enteric-coated, so there’s no fishy aftertaste or stomach upset, which can be a problem with other fish oils.
We also like that it’s suitable for kids 6+ to support the healthy development of the brain, eyes, and nerves, so it’s a product the whole family could use. Knowing it’s molecularly distilled, tested for heavy metals, and made under strict quality standards gives me extra confidence. On top of that, the bottle is made from post-consumer recycled plastic and packaged in Guelph, Ontario, which is a nice environmentally friendly touch. Overall, it’s easy to take, effective, and something we’ll definitely keep using every day to make up for the fish we don’t eat.

There’s a nice cooling sensation when you apply it, which feels really soothing, especially after a long or tiring day. I’ve been using it on areas where I feel tight, and it really helps me feel more at ease. It’s definitely something I’ll keep using whenever I need quick relief.

The coffee still comes through strong, which I really like, so it doesn’t taste too sugary or artificial.
Also, the size is small and really easy to carry, which makes it perfect for on-the-go days.

The flavor starts off sweet and smooth and then you get a nice warm spicy kick after, which makes it really interesting. I tried drizzling it on Kunafa and I was surprised how good it tasted with a sweet dessert, the sweet and heat combination actually worked really well. I also tried it on chicken and it added such a nice flavor, giving it that perfect mix of sweet, savory, and a little spicy.
