Vitamin b12 is reported to have lots of benefits including better hair and skin, more energy and better memory. I am not usually a person who takes supplements and I prefer to get my necessary vitamins from my diet but these felt effective.

this is such a tasty beverage! all of the flavours- the maple, espresso, and oat milk- truly shine through without anything getting lost. really well balanced and no bitter aftertaste like some canned coffee has.

The sandwich cookies on the outside have a tender bite without being mushy and the cookies and cream ice cream is the perfect texture to bite into without losing anything out the sides of the sandwich. highly recommend. -
Aveeno® Eczema Care Daily Moisturizing Cream
The texture of the cream is really nice, and doesn't have a strong scent. I don't currently have any major eczema flare ups to deal with, but my skin felt soft and smooth and there was noticeably less itchiness.

I used it as part of an oil-based vinagrette and ended up adding a small clove or garlic on top. I also used it in a pesto with fresh basil harvested from my garden and ended up adding a fresh lemon and a couple extra cloves of garlic. So it didn't really save me any time or effort. -

There hasn't been much sun lately to really put this product to the test, but any SPF is better than none! I didn't notice much of that weird white glow you sometimes get with SPF skincare, so that's good. The texture is pretty nice as well.

If this product was out of this world good, I might have considered it, but the effects weren't impressive enough for me to consider including it in my regimen. It does what it says it will, but nothing extraordinary. -
