I received this trial product for free for my honest review and opinion.
The product Weliva™ Cimidona® is aimed at menopause relief, stating clinical proof of relief of ‘hot flashes’, ‘night sweats’, and ‘fatigue’.
This ‘hormone free’ tablet contains dry extracts of Black Cohosh (Actaea racemosa) which is known to help alleviate some menopause symptoms.
The tablet is a neutral, light colour, odourless, tasteless, and dissolves quickly for absorption. The tablet can be taken any time of the day; however, it is suggested to be taken at night for more effective symptom relief.
I read through the instructions carefully, researched the ingredients, and took the tablet as directed, at nighttime.
My experience with this trial menopause supplement was a negative one.
The tablet was the only additional change to my lifestyle.
For the first 3 nights of taking the Weliva, the night sweats worsened. Sleep was more frequently disrupted, and the fatigue was really heavy.
After 7 nights some nausea and intense abdominal discomfort began. Severe cramping began by the 10th night. The product was stopped and the negative side effects lasted days after discontinuation of the product.
It is unfortunate that this product was unable to assist with my menopausal symptoms.
The coupons inside also expired before the trial period ended and are no longer useable.

There was a little stickiness on the skin after drying.
The effectiveness of the product did not help nor hinder skin issues, compared to other products.

This product didn't work for me as it should have. I gave it the full 4weeks and experienced more bloating, gas, & headaches. This product did not help reducing night sweats or irritability.
This product may work with others, however my body did not tolerate the supplement well.

I received this as a free product for my review. This is a finishing product, to be used after using the other products in the same hair care line. A nice little spray bottle, convenient for touch-ups, the aroma is pleasant.
This product does not work with other natural shampoos or conditioners, as it made my hair flat and really oily, feeling thick and weighing down the hairstyle, losing it before day's end.
Yes this is a great product and anyone using the system will have better results, I'm sure.

The purple liquid is attractive to the eye.
The product itself has a tingly feeling to the whole inside of the mouth.
And without the alcohol there is no burning sensation. However there is an aspartame-after taste which is not unpleasant however does leave an odd flavour.
This mouthwash definitely leaves the whole mouth feeling fresh & clean!

Following the directions, I applied a dot to the affected, cleansed area. The back peeling off of the product was tricky, as I have no fingernails to properly & easily remove the peeling.
Once I was able to get the dot smooth again as it stuck to itself when removing, it was placed. I understand this is a tricky area, however, the product states it will stick anywhere.
Within minutes the dot had started removing itself off the skin at the edges. I thought it was because of the peeling issues.
I opened another dot, carefully peeled the backing off, placed on the area again, & within minutes the same peeling away occurred.
Could be my skin as there was no lotion or cream or foundation on the area as it was cleansed accordingly.
Personally, this product did not work for me. I have read good reviews for others who have success with this product. Thank you for the opportunity to have been a reviewer.
