They taste so delicious, you have to be careful not to eat them like candy bars. The bar provides a refreshing boost of protein so I do enjoy having these around for when I'm on the run and need a little energy boost. The bar has a crunchy but gooey enough texture so it doesn’t get all over you. I was pleasantly surprised that they are non-GMO and contain no artificial sweeteners. I would recommend them when you want something sort of sweet, sort of salty but packed with energy if your next meal was a few hours away. They're also an excellent choice to take them on a hike.
