I tried Burt's Bee Rosewater Toner which I really liked but it was strongly scented and could be a little burny. Doesn't burn or irritate my skin and the smell isn't too strong. -

This absorbs shockingly quickly into the skin, only takes a few minutes! Feels like you are rubbing water into your skin because of how hydrating, refreshing and lightweight it is. Little really does go along way.

I feel this is a must have, especially if you have extremely dry lips or in the winter months. It is more hydrating then a normal lip balm, so it is perfect to use at night before going to bed.

I recommend using this along with Burt's Bees Overnight Lip Treatment and Lip Butters because I feel like they all work well together! -
