The primer has a a nice citrusy scent that isn't over-powering and goes on smoothly. It feels soft as it goes on and did not pill with my skincare products. Foundation goes on smoothly and evenly over the primer and isn't heavy or silicone-y or heavy feeling under makeup. I set my foundation with powder, but my skin did not feel dry at all with this combination. However, by hour 5 I was starting to get some shine and my makeup broke down and did not last 8 hours (I tend to have long days and usually need my makeup to last 8-15 hours). This may not be the case with using the primer with it's own brand foundation/products as companies tend to not test their products to work with competitors products.
Would recommend for short wear or in conjunction with a setting spray.

The shampoo smells much more heavily of shea butter than the conditioner does, which is nice, because it doesn't add to the scent of the shampoo (the scent isn't unpleasant, and dissipates quickly to something softer). I don't usually condition my scalp, but because I did with this and the conditioner did not weigh down my hair as conditioners tend to (which is why I usually only condition the ends and not my roots). My hair was left soft and shiny and my scalp stopped feeling dry and itchy from the winter. I really liked this product and I would consider buying it again. -

I received this from Chick Advisor 2 days before the review was due, but that was obviously not enough time to test out a dry scalp shampoo for effectiveness. I've now used it 3 times, and the dry itchiness I was experiencing because of the winter has basically disappeared. The shampoo smells heavily of shea butter at first, but dissipates to something much softer, and still pleasant as the day goes on. My hair was soft and shiny and when I let it dry naturally, my curls did not frizz. I really liked this and would consider purchasing it again. -

I want to be able to apply the lotion and be able to use my hands right away without having to wait too long or leave greasy marks on things I touch. I'm not too sure on it's anti-aging effects as I have no hand wrinkles, but as someone with very dry hands, it makes my hands feel comfortable when they are often tight and dry. -

This is my second micellar water product I was sent to review in recent months and while I did not like the first one I received, I absolutely love this one. The Nivea micellar water removed all my makeup without any trouble. I put this through the ringer by testing it during the week of my cousin's wedding, where I was wearing more makeup than on a usual week, and it removed all the layers of foundation, concealer, contour, waterproof gel liner, mascara and liquid lipstick with just a few swipes. The best part? My skin didn't feel dry or tight or stripped of oil when I used it. Definitely impressed with this! #gotitfree -

I tend to have long days, so that would be my only real complaint about the product. I still feel as though I'll stick with my current primer for longevity reasons only (16 hrs + wear) but for short-term makeup wear I'd definitely pick this up again. #gotitfree -

The best liquid liner for the price point. The black is very black, the brush doesn't flare after a few uses, and even though it isn't waterproof, it doesn't fade or slide throughout the day. The matte formula is absolutely fantastic and truly matte. The shape of the brush allows you to create a very crisp and sharp flick easily and quickly. Truly a great product! Sadly, the drugstore that I bought this from no longer carries it and I was forced to buy the NYX version, which I like less (it's fine, but not as matte and fades by the end of the day, and is also more expensive) so now I am on the hunt for a drugstore that still carries NYC stuff. -
