When I first recieved this product I was paranoid that it may damage my hair due to negative products before but this product did the opposite it left my hair feeling soft and nourished just after the first use. With most of my paranoia being that it may stain my hair purple it didn't at all however the brassy tones I have from recently dying my hair are being reduced overall a excellent product and definitely recommend. -
