I have this liner and the concept is great but it does tend to clump while applying it and it leaves gaps. I always have to lay black shadow on it in order to make a smoother line. The good thing is it's water proof but you better make sure the liner is put on and looks good or else it won't come off then you would have to use an oil based remover to start all over. -

This is my First Naked palette in the series from Urban Decay. I love it and its my every day go to palette. The colors are creamy and pigmented and are very long wearing. My favorite color in the palette is called Liar. This palette does not wash me out infact it enhances my Brown eyes. This palette is quality at its best. Urban decay never ceases to make high end quality products. -
