The Vida by PADERNO Elite Series 3-Layer Frying Pan is a great asset to any kitchen but especially those with induction ovens. It heats quickly and effectively and has good heat distribution so you don't get cold spots in parts of the pan. You just have to remember this is a clad frying pan so you don't need the heat as high as normal and you should use a touch of oil to stop things from sticking. Its easy to wash and can go in the dishwasher too.    -
