As I am moving into a more healthy and active lifestyle and I'm constantly on the go, this is a great product for when I need to get my nutrients in while on the go.
Let's be truthful, not everyone has the time or luxury to get up and make a protein shake or green smoothie every morning to start their day. Not only does this taste great, with a natural sweetness, it is packaged for that person on the go.
Now if you do have time to make those shakes in the morning or before and/or after you workout, this is great for that too.

For anyone who is not the breakfast type, this is a great way to get in your 3 meals a day, just grab it on the go and once you drink it, you are full, breakfast covered.

These muffins are compact and individually packaged to make a great snack to take on the road, whether on a road trip or when you're rushing to work. This works extremely well for me as a breakfast snack on the go, since I rarely sit down and eat breakfast.
The first muffin I ate, I had to check the box twice, I couldn't believe that these were healthy and tasted so good.
The chocolate chips give a burst of sweetness, that it takes what should sound bland and makes it taste great.
The only down side is that the retail price of these and the amount you get (4) does make it a little on the higher end for a snack, but would be a nice treat.

The touch of maple syrup gives this bar a natural sweet taste, that takes what should sound bland and makes it taste great.
The only down side is that the retail price of these bars and the amount you get (5) does make it a little on the higher end for a snack, but would be a nice treat.

My usual mascara does provide me with volume and length that substitutes the needs for lashes, but this product is a great everyday mascara that provides volume.
It is a quick drying product, and only one layer is needed to be effective. I love that there is no tacky residue, but if you like to build, I found that this mascara isn't too great with layering, but it's not an issue for me.
This mascara would be one of my staples for everyday use.

The variety of sizes allow for you to store and carry a balanced amount of produce optimal for a healthy lifestyle.
Also great is that these containers are BPA free and are dishwasher safe, and even better the filter that allows for fresh produce doesn't have to be removed and changed, it is guaranteed to last the entire life of the container
I picked up my medium container at Walmart where it is sold for $11.67; also available to purchase are the small and large kits, and the 3 piece kit.

I had the opportunity to try the 1L Mango Smoothie, which was purchased from No Frills. (note: I was not able to locate this item at Sobey's or Shopper's Drug Mart)
This smoothie is a great start to your day. I had this 2 ways: on it's own as a drinkable yogurt and added to my green smoothies for that extra boost of flavour. The texture of this smoothie is smooth and goes down easy. The Mango taste is not too strong (which tends to be the case with simulated flavour), but this taste just like a Mango which leads me to be believe the 'Made with Real Fruit' label on the bottle.
This product is similar to some products that I purchase with a more affordable price tag and larger size, so it is definitely a great buy!

This, as a moisturizer works in all seasons, where in the warmer months your pores are able to breathe and in the colder months your face is hydrated which prevents your skin from drying out and cracking. As a primer, being so lightweight, it is a great product to build on top of, whether it is just BB cream or a full face of glam, you're good to go and your skin is protected.

While it is unscented, I find that there is a slight smell but it's so mild I would consider it to be unscented.
The bar of soap even feels get in the hands, with it's curved shape it's easier to hang on to in the shower
