The pipette makes this product so easy to use. Just squeeze the saline up and right into babies nose. My 7 month old has had stubborn hard boogies for the last few weeks since flu season has started and it was always a hassle to get them out. This makes everything nice and moist, baby sneezes and everything comes right out. I will definitely be using this product and might have to stock up!    -
