With the humid summer heat here I was looking for a way to properly clean my face and more specifically my pores. I have never been to a spa and also have never tried a product like this before but have heard amazing things about using this particular technique.
I found this on Amazon.ca and it was priced at $59.99. This is super easy to use, it produces so much steam and honestly quite relaxing if I'm being completely honest. I felt that this left my skin not only hydrated but I felt as if my pores were completely unclogged.
This left me with a nice glow and I loved that when I applied my usual moisturizer afterwards it absorbed more than it ever has before. I have used this so many times since receiving it (so have friends and family) and it is now part of my weekly routine. I love this thing!

Summertime is here and I spend pretty much all of my time outside whether it's camping or just hanging outside on our deck. I found this light on Amazon.ca for $12.78.
I'm always looking for great ways to light up the outside area without having to permanently attach a light source to just one spot, I wanted something I could move around.
This is super easy to use, simply screw on a cap (2 included) and place in an area exposed to sunlight to basically charge. I love that these have hooks so I'm able to hang the light from trees surrounding our house. This light is a decent size and I'm defiantly going to order a couple more now that I know how great they are.

I had never heard of this particular product until I received it as part of a monthly beauty subscription box. I was very surprised to see that this product could be used for both my lips and cheeks! The color is very pretty and defiantly not too dramatic.
I tried this on my lips first with a lip liner and honestly didn't like it too much mainly because of how streaky it is. I had to apply a lot my product in order to completely cover my lip area. So I moved on to my cheeks and loved it! This is whipped so it's very easy to apply to the skin and overall blends in quite well.
On my cheeks this gave a subtle hint if pink which I thought is very pretty and simple. There is tons on product in this small bottle and I also liked the shape of the applicator. I would defiantly purchase this in the future.

I am very novice when it comes to using make up besides mascara or eyeliner, which I wear daily. I wanted to try and find a good concealer for my undereye area, I'm very fair skinned and sometimes that area is a little darker than the rest of my skin.
I found this on Amazon.ca and it was actually on sale for $6.99 which I thought was a great price. I chose this in an ivory shade, I wanted a light color but something slightly darker than my natural tone. I loved the applicator on this concealer and found it very easy to apply a good amount of product exactly where I needed it. I found this concealer to be creamy and very easy to apply and blend into the skin.
This not only covered any discolouration but it did so in a way that felt very light and not cakey. I really like how easy this is to use and I feel people who don't really know too much about make up can use hits with ease. I will order this again for sure.

I was in search of batteries like these at a more reasonable price point because the usual brand we purchase from is ridiculously expensive. My boyfriend and I camp/hike all the time and the majority of our pricey flashlights take these batteries which are super expensive even for a set of two. I found these on Amazon.ca for $25.99 and the set includes 16 batteries!
I was very happy to have found these for this price especially considering how many batteries are included in this set. I have found that the duration of these batteries last slightly less time than our usual more expensive brand but these are still a far better deal overall considering how many extra batteries we have. We will order more of these for sure!

I ordered this dress for my mother who needed something to wear to a dinner party. She wanted something cute but also something that she would feel comfortable in. I found this on Amazon.ca for $26.99 which I thought was a fantastic price.
I liked this dress because I thought the fit was super nice and flattering and my mother loved the lace arm detail. My mother was surprised how well this fit especially for something I ordered online, things can be very hit or miss.
I ordered this in a OX for my mom and it fit perfect! (My mom is about 5'6", 175 lbs). After receiving this dress my mother almost immediately wanted me to show her what other dresses I could order for her, so needless to say she loves this dress!

I can remember my mom having these plant holders when I was a kid and I hadn't been able to find them until now, I found these on Amazon.ca $21.99 for a set of two. I love being able to put my plants up out of the way espically considering my cats like chewing on my plants, these defiantly have a very pretty look to them.
These are alot longer than I was expecting and the hooks that are used to hang them are gold, shiny and very pretty. This held my plants very securely without any issues, even with smaller flower pots. I love these and have received many compliments on these and would defiantly recommend them to others.

I have been obsessed with essential oils of lately and it goes without saying that not all brands are equal, I found this set on Amazon.ca for $24.99. I use these oils for everything from in my air humidifier, diluted in bath water, home fragrance and even using a mixture of lavender and peppermint oil on my temples for headaches/migraines.
These came in a very nice drawer like box that keeps all the oils protected. I have found that these oils are quite good and not much is needed of each for everything I use them for. I would defiantly order this brand of essential oils again in the future. (Oils included in this box are lavender, tea tree, lemongrass, sweet orange, eucalyptus and peppermint)

Ok so I am a big McDonald's fan and have been for years and I think that the quality and yummieness of their condiments has a lot to do with why I love it so much. One of my favorite things from McDonald's is defiantly their mcchicken sauce I pretty much put that stuff on any and everything.
So imagine my excitement when I noticed this sold by the bottle at Sobeys. They sold it for $3.99 which I thought was a great price considering have purchased extra packets from McDonald's for .25 cents a piece. I was curious whether or not this would be exactly the same as the one used at McDonald's and it defiantly is! I love that I'm able to add this to my own burgers, wraps, etc.

I had been looking for new monthly subscriptions to sign up for and this Tokyo treat website popped up. After reading reviews and watching unboxing videos on YouTube I decided that I defiantly wanted to give it a try. This box retails for $14.99 US (about 20.00-21.00 CAD) and I received my first box recently. I immediately loved even just the look of everything on the inside of this bright orange box.
I chose the smallest box available, just to try it out which includes 8 treats. Luckily for me considering everything is in another language there is also a small booklet with the items included on the inside describing everything. My 5 year old and I eagerly opened everything and started munching and were pleasantly surprised to say the least. Somethings seemed so familiar with slightly different flavours than I was used to but great none the less. I am so pleased with my first experience with this subscription box and can't wait for next month to see what goodies I get! I would defiantly recommend this to others!
