Halo Top is a low calorie ice cream that just came to Canada. I've tried three flavours: Caramel Macchiato, Oatmeal Cookie and Pancakes and Waffles. Of the three, oatmeal cookie was my favourite but I would repurchase them all. Pancakes and Waffles has a maple flavour but there is a stronger artificial sweetener aftertaste than the other two. Keep that in mind if it bothers you.
For $6.99 at Metro it's quite expensive, but I love that it's low calorie and the flavours are fun.

This is a really good breakfast food that ticks all the boxes. It’s unsweetened and I like the aftertaste. It needs fruit or something in there though because it’s too tangy without sugar. It's super creamy though for only 90 cals per 3/4 cup.

Simply Organic Cinnamon
I love the glass bottles so I'm starting to collect simply organic spices. I think the pricing isn't crazy considering they are organic. The non-organic bottles are also expensive. I'm probably going to refill the bottles rather than buy the spices... +

Alter Eco Dark Coconut Toffee Organic Chocolate
This was a great chocolate bar. I stuck it in the freezer and ate it while it was still crunchy. I love that the proceeds go to co-ops and that it is also organic. A lot of the time it's either one or the other. I would definitely buy it again next... +

I buy this for $3.50 at loblaws. It's made using cashew milk which works better with coffee than almond. I've been drinking it at work. You get several glasses out of the $3.50 bottle so it's a great value. It's also only 45 calories per serving.

Smart Sweets
Smart Sweets are gummy candies made without sugar. I don't know how they managed to make them taste so good! I love that they are high in fibre and that it's a Canadian brand.
