Depuis longtemps, je cherchais une alternative saine, naturelle et au goût agréable au sucre de table et aux édulcorants artificiels. Avec Now Better Stevia, j'ai trouvé un extrait de stévia purifié, végan et sans calories, dont seulement 1 à 8 gouttes suffisent pour sucrer les liquides et les boissons, chauds ou froids.
Le goût plus authentique du lait à 2 % me manquait depuis que je suis récemment passé au lait à 1 %. Mais après avoir apprécié la façon dont Now Better Stevia rehaussait les saveurs de mon thé glacé, de mon café et de mon thé ordinaire, j’ai décidé d’essayer autre chose : avant de verser des céréales dans un bol, j’ai ajouté seulement quelques gouttes de Now Better Stevia dans le lait. Non seulement cet édulcorant a naturellement amélioré le goût, mais le lait à 1 % ne semble plus aussi peu attrayant. Mieux encore, cet édulcorant rendra l’expérience de manger des céréales plus saines à base de grains plus tentante !
La seule chose que j’aimerais voir changer concerne la bouteille elle-même : plutôt que le design actuel, un compte-gouttes rendrait la distribution plus conviviale. Comme vous pouvez le voir dans ma vidéo, il y a des moments où cette petite goutte tenace ne veut tout simplement pas sortir. À d’autres moments, j’en obtenais un peu plus que ce que j’espérais.
Après l’avoir soumis à une série de tests, je peux honnêtement dire que Now Better Stevia change la donne pour moi! Entre le fait qu’une bouteille contient environ 200 portions et la variété de saveurs différentes, je sais que cet édulcorant naturel deviendra un incontournable bien utilisé dans ma cuisine.

And what a fun ‘Family Day’ this year has been, as I was recently given a free opportunity to test out one of the various Dreamworks Dragons, ‘World of Berk: Trial of Flame Arena Dragons’. Or should I say 6-year old Joey did.
Due to the fact in which this set is composed of a number of small pieces, I made sure to supervise the opening and playing of his new toy, which was composed of a 2” dragon whose tail and wings had to be put together. The other unique pieces included an arena stall two pieces that are meant to hold him in.
Being very imaginative, it was cute to watch the way in which Joey immediately took to play as he made as if his new friend, ‘firedrake’ as he called it, broke through the arena stall before flying through the air. He then went on to incorporate it with some of his other toys to create whole new adventures, before saying how he cannot wait to show off his new friend to his pals.
Although I felt content to watch how much fun his new Trial by Flame Arena Dragon brought him, childhood memories kept creeping back as I said to myself, ‘if only we could be young again’!
Thank you Dreamworks Dragons for allowing us the opportunity to bring back enjoyment and childhood memories. Having informed Joey that his new friend is only one of 10 figurines, Joey cannot wait to add on to his new ‘Battle Dragons’ action figures, so that he can build his own collection for endless fun.
I would encourage anyone who has a child that loves expanding their growing imagination to try out a ‘World of Berk: Arena Dragons’. (Please note the following for important details.)

• I have long heard about the many benefits of the supplement Coenzyme Q10, including antioxidant protection; supporting energy-demanding organs like the heart through the production of ATP; and even reducing the frequency of migraine headaches, and its associated nausea and vomiting when taken as a preventative.
Luckily, I was chosen to receive a complementary bottle of AOR Coenzyme Q10. A proud and tested Canadian company, I have seen a variety of supplements offered by AOR (@aorhealth).
Be it due to my body’s depleted vitality, I noticed that after a few weeks of using AOR Coenzyme Q10, I felt more apt to get back into shape; I was surprised at the fact in which I was able to increase my activity level. Most surprisingly, even the muscle fatigue that I normally expect after exercising was not as bad.
And while it’s nothing to brag about, my diet has not been the best, resulting in persistent bowel disruption and the occasional bought of nausea. But since taking AOR Coenzyme Q10, I have found that my digestion has become much better, which has led to normal ‘elimination’ as professionals like to call it. Even those periods of nausea began to cease over time. Although I cannot confirm that the enhancement of CoQ10 resulted in these two factors, I can attest that there have been obvious changes.
I should mention that none of these improvements occurred immediately. Rather, I saw gradual improvements as time went on. All this to say, I am convinced to continue my new regime and I encourage others who are looking to support their cardiovascular and digestive health to try AOR Coenzyme Q10. Having suffered from spinal stenosis, deep muscle aches after overdoing it at the gym, and arthritis, I was truly hoping that I would be chosen to test and review Myoflex Extra Strength Deep Penetrating Pain Relief Rub for free.
If ever there was someone that could give a true opinion on Myoflex’s ability to relieve pain and keep the ache of muscle, joint, ligament, and tendon at bay, I definitely fall into this category. Luckily, my Christmas present came early when I learned that I was chosen to test it out.
The first things that I noticed was the thickness of Myoflex rub. You can see the close-up photo of the cream on the back of my hand. After having left it bent over for 20+ seconds, except for the warmth from my skin, the second photo demonstrates that there was no noticeable dripping. And unlike many rubs that have that unpleasant medicinal scent, this is not the case with odour-free Myoflex. I also loved the fact in which it is grease-free, so it does not leave clothing, sheets, etc., stained.
Most importantly, I can attest that there is noticeable relief within a very short period of time. With its active medicinal ingredient of Trolamine salicylate 15% w/w, Myoflex is a keeper! Be it from the throbbing discomfort in my neck and knees to the stabbing pain in my back and hips, I am ecstatic to have had the opportunity to finally find something that I can now incorporate when seeking successful pain relief.
In terms of instructions that state the rub should not be used more than 4 times a day, the relief has lasted long enough so there is no need to use it more than that.
Anyone looking for relief from their aches and pains, be it from sports activities or otherwise, should try Myoflex Extra Strength Deep Penetrating Pain Relief Rub. I’m really glad that I did!

Although I try to stick to a healthy diet, I believe in supplementing it with a high-quality multi-vitamin. For the last two weeks, I have been fortunate enough to test 'Swiss Natural Total One' multi-vitamin for women for free through Butterly.
I have always trusted Swiss Natural products and I appreciate the added ingredients in this vitamin such as folic acid and cranberry, since both of which are especially beneficial for women.
One thing that I had to monitor was the timing between taking my daily medication and this vitamin, since you are advised to take it one to two hours afterwards. All that to say, I experienced no issues. Therefore, it was simple to include it into my daily routine.
Although there are a few ingredients that I would have enjoyed if the dosage(s) was a bit stronger, a real bonus and something that I appreciate is the fact in which 'Total One' does not contain sweeteners or artificial ingredients. Plus, it does not have a chalky taste.
One of the main changes that I have noticed since beginning to take 'Total One' include the fact that I feel more energetic throughout my day. And even my thought processes seem to be quicker and clearer.
All this to say, I plan on continuing to take 'Swiss Natural Total One' multi-vitamin for women. And I would be happy to refer it to others who are looking for a healthy all-in-one vitamin.

As you’ll see, my opinions include several pros:
The 1st one being the fact in which ‘Therabreath’ doesn’t contain alcohol. Therefore, you don’t experience a burning sensation;
It doesn’t use dyes just to make their mouthwash ‘look pretty’ and eye catching. Rather, their sparkly bottle does the trick;
It’s great to see that its Kosher, gluten free, vegan, and Halal; and
It’s unique whitening formula kills 99.9% of the germs that cause bad breath.
It's natural, minty flavor makes it a pleasure to use. I’ve even gone so far as to incorporate ‘Therabreath Whitening Oral Rinse’ with my daily water flosser.

I recently received a free sample from Butterly of 'Blue Lizard Australian Mineral Sunscreen SPF 50' for sensitive skin for my personal review.
The composition of this 100% mineral sunscreen includes no harsh chemicals, including perfumes or parabens. Rather, the active ingredients of Zinc Oxide and Titanium Dioxide immediately help to deflect harmful solar rays upon contact with the skin. And as a plus, be it from enjoying water sports or simply by sweating, these ingredients also help the sunscreen from melting away. Unless towel drying, Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen recommends re-application after approximately 2 hours, which is a fair amount of time.
In addition to these benefits, Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen is personally a real plus for me, as my sensitive skin reacts harshly to products that are heavily laden with chemicals. But after having tested it before and after several activities, I can honestly say that going outdoor has felt great again! I never experienced any irritation, including itching, swelling or burning. And the fact in which Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen is 98% protective from UVB rays makes it that much more re-assuring.
I was also impressed by the fact in which it has a wonderful base, which is neither too thick nor watered down. With a soothing organic aloe base, this silky sunscreen feels so good as it is applied to the skin. And once it is properly absorbed, I found that it did not leave any tacky feel. Therefore, I personally had no worries of it ruining and/or staining clothing or my beach tow20els.
And as a bonus, Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen is not composed of Oxybenzone, nor Octinoxate, both of which can damage the environment. Having studied and worked in marine biology for several years, I know how dangerous these chemicals have been, and continue to be, to our ocean’s fragile reef ecosystem. Many have been shown to bleach and kill coral and other forms of marine life. So, water lovers can feel good that we are doing our part, all the while enjoying the outdoors!
All this to say, I would not hesitate to recommend Blue Lizard Australian Sunscreen. With all of its advantages, I plan on continuing to use it. So, two thumbs up! Now, time for a bit more fun in the sun.
