Flavor is genuinely good no complaints there at all. As a yogurt topper the taste was great, but the texture wasn’t for me personally. If chia seed pudding texture is your thing you will absolutely love this product as is.
For me the smoothie is the move. Scoop it in, blend, done. All the fibre and plant nutrition without the texture factor. Easy and filling for busy mornings.
Worth trying just experiment with how you use it!

What really sold me was how it made me feel. My digestion noticeably improved and I just felt better overall less heavy and uncomfortable after eating, more settled throughout the day.
The sachets are genius for busy moms like me. I throw them in my purse, gym bag, wherever no prep, no mess, just rip and go.
Highly recommend giving it a try, especially if staying consistent with wellness has been a struggle. The grab-and-go format removes every excuse.

I love the clean ingredients, gluten free and the garlic crunch. I can't wait to try them on casseroles as well.
If you looking for an easy way to make those salads taste a little extra special definitely recommend these.

I was gifted this and honestly? Super pleasantly surprised. The scent is amazing, it lathers really well, and the packaging is adorable major points for that alone. I also love that the bottle is made from coastal plastic, which feels aligned with a more intentional lifestyle, and that it’s refillable (huge win for reducing waste).
My one hesitation is the ingredient list it’s cleaner than most conventional dish soaps, but not quite where I’d love it to be from a fully low-tox standpoint. That said, it’s a solid step in the right direction.
Would I buy it myself? I’m on the fence but I’d definitely consider it, especially for the refill system. If you’re transitioning to cleaner products without going full crunchy, this is a great middle-ground option.
