DAP® Wall Repair Patch Kit brings the right tools for complete the repairs without needing to be an expert to so it. It had tub of DRYDEX® Spackling, the fiber tough patch, a plastic putty knife and the sandpaper. All in the exact quantities you need for small repairs. This product has a great feature, perfect for amateurs: DRYDEX* Dry Time Indicator Spackling. The be plaster is initially pink color and when it is dry it will turn white. So you won’t need to guess if it is ready or not.
Use DAP® Wall Repair Patch Kit was easy. I just need to cut the patch to the size of the hole on the wall, apply some of the plaster to add to the wall. Add some more in top of it to cover the surface and make it even. Wait until the color change to white. Sand it. And I am done the wall is ready to be painted or just leave as it it is. It gave a good finishing and it doesn’t leave too much residue, just some dust after sanding.
Great kit for some home improvement work.

I have started giving them Helixia Kids – Natural Defense. It said it helps to prevent and reduce the frequency of common colds, sore throats, ear infections and other similar problems.
I prefer to give my kids natural products as much as possible and Helixia Kids – Natural Defense has only one medicinal ingredient: Pleuran which is a natural source of Beta-glucan, a component that helps to regulate the immune system. I like the simplicity of her formula, not too many chemical kids to be worried about. It is important to highlight it is free of Alcohol, dyes, gluten, sucrose and artificial sweeteners.
Helixia Kids – Natural Defense needs to be taken daily for at least three months to see the effect, that is why, it is recommended to start early when the season shifts. The daily dose is 1mL per kg of the body weight, no more than that. It is suitable for kids +3 years old. It is also a syrup, not too heavy and I can see it is almost flavourless, my kid likes it though, I know she will prefer something sweet but she takes it anyway.
Let’s give it a try and enjoy the magic of the autumn and the upcoming winter.

What a like of this new balm is that it has a rich texture, it is not light compare to other creams that I have used before with my babies. It seems to let a delicate layer on the skin, which makes sense because the idea is to protect the newborn’s skin as the vernix coating does. I feel confident using it in small babies because it is paraben, phthalate and fragrance free. It has a balanced pH and it is no greasy. My baby enjoyed be massage with this balm after his bath. -

One first-aid product that cannot be missed at home is adhesive Bandages. Band-Aids® are our favourite, we have them in all sizes, colours and shapes. This time, we add to our collection the new Band-Aid® Pro-Heal™.
You know you are not dealing with an ordinary bandage just for the wrapper. The traditional bandage has a two-tap wrapper for easy peeling, the Pro-Heal is fully closed, and we need to tear apart the wrapper, which is not too practical for an emergency but, for preserving the integrity of the bandage it is good. But this is not all, internally it has a second layer of protection that covers the advanced hydrocolloid gel pad.
Once the bandage is in use, I can notice the benefits of it:
• The wound has a better and quicker healing, the product states that is a 60% better healing.
• It is designed to prevent the appearance of scars, which is very beneficial for me because my skin is not good at scaring and for any silly scratch makes a big scar, so this bandage is a great help.
• It is 100% waterproof. It passed the proof of the swimming pool. Others fell in the first splash, but Band-Aid® Pro-Heal™ kept in its place after 2 hours of swimming and showering. So, we don’t need to replace it very often.

The app seems to be very complete and very informative. There is no doubt that is a great tool for tracking the journey of stopping smoking. It is easy to sync the Nicorette QuickMist device. The first step in the app is to select the goal. It can be from reducing the nicotine intake to quit totally the cigarette. And according to that you can choose the level of commitment. This tracks helps you to keep the track of how many cigarettes you have taken and how many sprays you’ve taken as well. It has daily tips a motivational message to keep you in track.
You can also pit in the app your thoughts, goals, motivations and even if there are days you think in quick the journey, the app shows you messages and reasons to keep in track. Also, the app have son information that are good resources for this journal.
En genearl the app is good, easy to navigate, fast. However I consider this is for someone who like to have everything well tracked. Personal it is too much for me. But the app works perfectly.

when I saw the opportunity to try the new NICORETTE®️QuickMist®️ SmartTrack™️, I signed in right a way. I knew this is going to be the method that will help him to accomplish his goal.
Why this is a good aid for stop smoking? There are my reasons:
- [x] It is discrete. It looks like a breath freshener, and tastes like one, fresh mint.
- [x] Size: it is about 10 cm length as some vaping machines. Very portable, pocket size.
- [x] Functional: instead of vaping 💨 he can have one or two sprays when he has a craving of nicotine.
- [x] It can be used everywhere. It can be used in places where is not allow to smoke as restaurant, at the office, mall, public transportation, airport, specially in the plane for long trips and many others. So when he needs to smoke he doesn’t have to rush up to the closest exit to get the dosis of nicotine needed.
- [x] It helps to be more discipline and having more self control. Since only 4 sprays can be used per hour and maximum 64 a day, we know the maximum cannot be exceeded, and it has to used mindfully.
NICORETTE®️QuickMist®️ SmartTrack™️ provides 1 mg of nicotine in each spray, almost the same amount of nicotine that is inhaled in a regular cigarette, and it last up to 165 sprays. If you use it at the maximum daily intake, it can last almost 3 days.

The device syncs with it and you can track the quantity of sprays a day and nicotine intake. It apps gives some reminders and motivational messages. It is easy to use only needs to place the NICORETTE®️ QuickMist®️ SmartTrack™️ device close to the phone and that is all. I found it useful for those to like to track in more detail.
Definitely this product will be an ally in the journey of stopping smoking.

I have some kind of hormonal acne that always affects my chin and the are around the mouth. It is moderate but if I mess up with some pimples, immediately appears a dark spot in the area due to my problems with hyperpigmentation, an it takes time to fade.
PanOxyl PM blemish brightening Patches has as active ingredients Niacimina, Vitamin C and Tranexamic acid, that helps with the fading process. There are mean to be used overnight, as most of the clarifying products. I wear more sunscreen after using them because I am afraid to make the dark spots worse.
What I like of this product is that are very flexible so the patches can be applied easily. The size is 3 cm in a triangle shape, it cover a good area and are also discrete when it’s well applied. It also has other benefits as general skin appearance and pores reduction, but I wouldn’t patch all my face to see results.
I used the for fourth nights in the affected area. The new spots had some improvement but the old dark spot still is there. The product states that in 10 days we can see visible improvements, so I guess I need to buy more to continue the treatment and validate the results.
Other good points for the product besides the skin benefits are: it is vegan, not tested in animals, no fragrance, no latex , no dues or parabens and good for sensitive skin.

For being honest I was curious to know why this is a daytime tablet. When I received the product and checked for the ingredients I realized it has caffeine, which may alter the sleep time for some individuals, so better not to take it before bedtime or even some hours before. What I learned from it is that the caffeine is not just to keep you awake, it is also a pain relief aid. Very interesting 🤔. This Tylenol has as active ingredientes Acetaminophen 500mg, as the traditional one, and 65 mg of Caffeine, almost the same quantity of caffeine than a 10oz cup of coffee. In combination both components help to relieve strong pains as migraines or back pain, which I used it for in my trial period. One pill is enough for make you feel better in around half hour. Tylenol recommends that if the pain continues, take 2 pills in the next dosis. In my case it wasn’t necessary.
I had no complaints about the traditional Tylenol, but definitely I will add this to my favorites to take when there is no time to stop and wait that the pain pass. I found that TYLENOL®️ Daytime extra strength provides fast relief for pain and even for those that need more attention and put you down.

It is made with sweet almond’s oil which helps to moisturize the skin, also it has a delicious scent that last. I like scented products because makes me feel that it really cleans and I like brand new after shower. This product has a whipped texture that makes a creamy and smooth lather. It is gentle with skin. Totally satisfied. I won’t use it as a regular body wash, it is so nice to waste it in a rush morning shower, it needs to be enjoyed with no rush, so I will use it for the shower before sleep or for spa day at home.
