I received TheraBreath Whitening Oral Rinse for free in exchange for my honest review, and I’m genuinely impressed! The flavour is super refreshing—minty without being overpowering like some other rinses. After using it consistently, I noticed a subtle but real improvement in the whiteness of my teeth, which was a nice bonus on top of the fresh breath.
The packaging is clean and straightforward, with a secure cap and clear instructions. It looks great on the bathroom counter and is easy to use daily.

I’ve tried a lot of different sunscreens for my kids, and Blue Lizard Kids Mineral Sunscreen Lotion SPF 50 is hands down one of the best. It provides excellent coverage without that thick, sticky, or greasy feeling that so many mineral sunscreens have. It rubs in super smoothly and doesn’t leave a white cast, which is a huge plus — especially on busy mornings when no one wants to sit still!
One of my absolute favourite things about it is that there’s no overpowering scent. In fact, it really doesn’t smell like anything at all, which I appreciate so much — especially for little ones with sensitive skin or noses. And speaking of sensitive skin, it’s dermatologist-recommended, paraben-free, and fragrance-free, so it doesn’t cause any irritation or breakouts.
It’s also water-resistant for 80 minutes, so I don’t have to stress during splash pad visits or beach days. And the bottle even turns blue in the presence of harmful UV rays — which is not only cool, but also a great little reminder to reapply!
Overall, it just feels like a solid, dependable sunscreen I can trust to protect my kids without any of the annoying drawbacks. Definitely something I’ll be keeping in our summer rotation.
